      For exercise #3 I lay flat on my back, cross my hands across my chest, then sit up, then get up while my arms are still crossed. I had to use my hands on my thighs to start, but don't need to now and leave my arms crossed.
      And to get onto the ground I squat and sit my bum straight on the ground.

    Many thanks. My physcio hasn't given me one tip that you have.. so I told agency I was just a income stream I quit.
