  • Here’s the unfortunate truth - i have been witness for many diligent yoga practitioners, the more they practice yoga, the further they may damage their bodies unknowingly
    Why? Because they do not understand their unique body anatomy. They may have been force themselves to do a yoga pose that may be the right practice for their friends, but not right for their own bodies. This may causes them to reach the point of compression unknowingly - which can have a lot of negative consequences

    so in the example of the man with crossed legs, your point is that he'd better not do this pose unless he fixes his problem on the hip before ?? thank you for your answer!
