  • Dancer Pose strengthens your legs, improves balance and core strength, and stretches your back and shoulders. It opens the hip flexors (psoas muscles) as a counter to tight hips that develop from too much sitting. Today I'm reacting to a WRONG dancer pose tutorial, which apparently was a very popular video on UA-cam.

    Safety is always the key…. When I learn from my teacher. He always reminding me, the student, to alway evaluate and/or reevaluate our self and especially think from the students perspective if we

    Thanks a lot for the guidance now I know why I never cani do the dancer pose.even I try very hard.Can my 81 years age be the reason?.I am from Indonesia. Thank you.
