I wish more ASEAN countries besides the Philippines would participate as well. They should stand up to China and let China know that they don't own the SCS and can't bully ASEAN countries
ASEAN is useless. Philippines do all the work.

Japanese and Australian forces will now soon have rotational troops stationed in the Philippines. Batanes in a few months will have an operational airbase. Subic Naval Base will now have a permanent submarine port.

@chrisbiden2769 West Philippine Sea is a new term since China isn't respecting the Philippines' 200-nautical-mile EEZ. While the term isn't recognized internationally, the Philippines' EEZ is recognized by UNCLOS (which they ruled in support of the Philippines during the 2016 UNCLOS arbitration), as well as the international community (evident from the vocal and military support globally).
Just look at China's 9-dash-line (now 10-dash-line and will probably increase in lines as time goes on). It's a ridiculous looking line/claim and blatant bullying of its ASEAN neighbors.

Philippines allowed the Chinese to built for their temporary fisherman shelter in one island in Phl territory, but, China it break the agreement. China should dismantle all its infrastructures, halt all reclamations, and take full accountability for the damages caused in the West Philippine Sea. China insisted their historical claim, but it is invalid in international law, the 2016 Arbitral Tribunal Ruling is final and binding on the Parties and called on the PRC to abide by its obligations under international law. We should stop recognized the One China Policy. Only China creating tension in Phl EEZ territory.
