In the second of two sequels to The Android Machine (1966), Verda's sheltered by the Robinsons after she's marked for destruction by the Celestial Department Store. To that end, the store dispatches a killer android: IDAK (Instant Destroyer And Killer).

About Lost in Space: The Robinson family was supposed to set off on a five-year mission to explore a distant planet, but an act of sabotage by the scheming Dr. Zachary Smith -- who managed to get himself trapped aboard the spaceship -- leaves them adrift in space for three years. The Robinsons, pilot Don West, Dr. Smith and their trusty robot move from planet to planet, always searching for a way to return to Earth.

One of my absolute favourite episodes. Crush Kill Destroy was said many a time as kids in the playground back in the 70s. All in good fun!
70s?! Those of us who watched the show when it was released said those words in the 60s.
I was seven when this episode aired.
Same here, in the UK. In my early 70s circles (I’m 59) we used that phrase for years after the episode first aired. 😊
Lost in space is a 60's show... sorry buy you were too late.
same here on our playgrounds. Then, the Catholic kids started calling the Catecism class CCD for shoft....

So many of kids played Android and said "crush, kill. destroy". I suppose today that would get a kid tossed out of school.

The best of times watching reruns in the 70s and 80s! Television needs to come back to appropriate content.
Every kid in the neighborhood was saying crush,kill, destroy after we saw this .
That phrase was repeated by the greeter, then sales rep, then closer, then sales mgr, and finally finance mgr when I bought my new Audi😂😂😂

Immortal lines
Don Matheson who co-starred on Land of The Giants later was great in this episode as I.D.A.K. Alpha 12 Instant Destroyer Android Killer. Dawson Palmer was great as I.D.A.K. Omega 17.
Will: Dr. Smith, don't stop now!
Dr. Smith: Good heavens, William, I'm completely exhausted! You've been propelling me at an Olympic pace!
Will: Please don't take your boot off now!
Dr. Smith: Can you suggest a simpler way to remove a stone? Look at this! A veritable boulder! Another five steps and I would be lame for life!

They put a Suprman costume on him, but asked the actor to act like the Hulk.

OMG my neighbours who were big fans of LIS used to chase me around the yard shuffling like mummys as a young kid saying "crush, kill, destroy!" frightening the hell out of me. Never saw this episode. No hard feelings but I hope karma has come to visit.
Never understood why they never left Smith behind on one of the planets. Guy was toxic and duplicitous.
I understand someone got a PhD by researching why the castaways should have killed Gilligan. At least that's the urban legend...

Thinking about Don Matheson in LOTG had me wondering how hilarious it would have seemed to have Kurt Kaszner (“Fitzhugh”) portraying IDAK instead

I am super surprised they allowed that boy to be alone with Dr Smith

Superman meets Lost In Space. Don Matheson was great. Second IDAK was good. Don't know why he looked for a large rock to wack doctor Smith with. Good episode otherwise. Dee Hartford was a great looking lady. Did appear in the later season three i thing episode A day At The Zoo.👍🇭🇲🦘🐨✌️
