Parking is very limited and that would deter possible B&B/Wedding Venue type of investors.

I didn't think of that. I guess you could hire buses. But definitely more trouble and cost then.

If you can afford the castle, adding Parking, & a “Lift” from the lot to the castle is Nothing!.

There’s too many tourist and neighbors around the castle to have any real peace. $3 million dollars is not worth spending but it might be for somebody else that likes attention.
