Hi Tommy! Both properties are beautiful. Regarding the "small kitchen"...I cook for a living and any pro cook or skilled home cook will tell you a big kitchen is a waste of space. It's more efficient to have everything at hand like a galley kitchen. I never understood the need for a kitchen you could play tennis in.
That’s a great comment. I’m a huge fan of “efficient and effective”.
Rather than big for the sake of it!
Thanks for watching.
You still need to check out Annecy!@@traveltirement
You are so right!
Yes I do! We're heading over in July for the Olympics.
Spending a few days in champagne country. Don't think we'll have time to get to Annecy.
But it's on the list!
The first property is just marvelous the inside is absolutely charming. Thanks
Glad you liked it!
Wonderful properties AGAIN!
Thank you so much!
I love discovering these pockets of incredible beauty all over France and Italy!
i love the way you "walk around" the area w Google maps! that's exactly how my family does this at home, huddled around a laptop 😊
Brilliant minds think alike! 😁
Thank you very much for the nice videos. Yes the town is beautiful. ✌
It really is!
This town is a little over an hour from us and we've never been. Its looks beautiful!
Thanks for watching!
I love your channel. Would you up for a chat? I'm thinking about doing some expat interviews for another project I'm working on.

@@BaguetteBound Perfect!
Superb properties! And, I agree, I would prefer the second one due to the outdoor spaces. Incredible for the price. What about parking at/near the second property? Thank you Tommy ... fine work in producing this awesome video!
The gravel area you saw in the pack is a parking area. You come in through a gate in the back.
Really like how you present the properties with google maps to help us get our bearings. Very nice properties! I would love either one.
Thanks for that. I enjoying making them so I’m glad you liked it!
Hi! Thanks for the great video. Do you know if the second property is still available?
I’m pretty sure it’s under contract now.
Listing is in the description below the video.
Sylvia Reading is the agent. You’ll see her contact info on the listing page.
I’d love to be next to a river
I’m glad you watched!
Thank you Tommi, what are your thoughts on Nievers?
I haven’t been but it looks amazing! 🤩
Nice work on Google Maps Tommy!
Thanks! I’ve learned a lot “walking” around Italy and France. 😂
So everything from Google no live visit, can. do that my self to. But funny to see
Thanks for watching!
I’m glad I could do it for you so you could just watch without having to do any research.
Crazy expensive for Europe you wanted to say???
Fully renovated in a popular town and walkable to amenities?
Maybe 🤷♂️
I just know we Americans can only dream of these kinds of properties at these prices.
Thanks for watching!
If those houses are " cheap", it's for a reason . There is nothing around. Especially if you need a dentist appointment.
@@francoisleyrat8659 Usually, they are closer to a dentist then a downtown LA 🤣
To be honest, then suburbs of most major US cities 🤷♂
But yes, these place Are increasingly viewed as questionable retirement destinations.
@@francoisleyrat8659 There are a dozen dentists within 15-30 min.
I'm not sure where you're getting your information.
@@traveltirement admittedly, this Paris resident has his bias. But rural France is very rural (not speaking of the poshest stretches like the Luberon, the Perche, the ile de Re...), with scant services. Haven't you heard of the "medical deserts" in France? From that point of view you are maybe better off in an All-British caravan estate in the south of Spain...
