I just lightly use a torch to melt all the foam down and harden it.

I did this, everything looks perfect except where it dropped back down on the passenger.. and I’ve got a bubble, hoping I can get a strong enough glue to fit in a hypodermic needle.

Id like to do the same job, but in what conditions did you have the cardboard shell?

The original cardboard still held its shape so just stripped the foam and glued on the new.

Did you break any of those clips if so what clips did you use to replace the broken ones

I did break a couple of the clips holding the side rear plastic in place. I was able to replace them with the right size fur tree to secure them back.

I bought a 60x54” piece from Amazon. Was the perfect size for my extra cab headliner.
