    Hi everyone! I’m amazed by the amount of response and attention this video got. You guys are awesome, let’s grow this community.🙌🏻
    I’m currently working on some 3D projects where I will do a full breakdown on how to make ultra realistic scenes with CGI. So more content coming later this year!

    Awesome bro... i was just looking for this. 99 percent green screen on UA-cam is totally not upto the mark. They are shallow and you can easily make out. Your one is the best as you have integrated in 3d environment.

    Hey, man, this was a great video! I need to learn more about this stuff for a project I'm working on, but I'm struggling to find the time necessary to learn Blender well enough to get photorealistic results. I appreciate you taking the time to put this video together, though. Every bit of information helps!

    • @KevinVandermarliere
      @KevinVandermarliere  2 роки тому +2

      Thank you! I don’t know much about Blender but the principle is the same, to create photorealistic results you need to focus on these things: lighting, high res detailed texturing, color & rendering (ray traced). It’s a recreation of the real world so every little detail counts. Of course in real world there is an insane amount of detail but at some point it looks good enough to be (photoreal). Practice and repetition will get you there I’m sure:) good luck with the project!

    Lacking clarity for some people here:
    HIGH Shutter angle" sounds like LONG exposure time (bigger numerical value) but a HIGH SHUTTER "angle" number is a HIGH ACUTENESS resulting in a LOW NUMBER of DEGREES
    so
    180 deg. shutter too LONG and exposure time and thus TOO much blur per frame. The number 180 Deg. is a high NUMERICAL value but the angle is itself too large in degrees
    60deg. shutter angle results in a LOW exposure time with a LOW number describing the degrees of opening.
    So in short I would not say HIGH SHUTTER but rather a very small shutter ANGLE .
    A Shutter SPEED , because it is usually expressed as a FRACTION (1 / 50th or one fiftieth vs 1/ 2000th etc.) can be a high numerical value of speed of opening before closing again - this wants to be a HIGH number (Shutter) but a VERY LOW shutter ANGLE (which a short shutter TIME will have)
    In case people are upset with your recommendation of a "High shutter" to achieve LESS blur.
    Your results are pretty good BUT
    BUT
    Please do not succumb ,as too many do, to adding the EXTREME chromatic aberation you exhibit at the end. There are ADDON FILTER makers and companies that keep selling the idea that all this colour fringing at the edges is desirable ...because it looks "REAL" . I don't know how much cocaine they are doing but ignore them. Tiny amounts perhaps. Modern real glass lenses are pretty good. If you need a distracting level of circus clown colour fringing to distract from the other elements to achieve "realism" then I suggest you are doing something wrong.

      Hi! Yes you can use element 3d & AE 3d tracker for this. But the quality is much better with a dedicated 3d program. Hope this helps.
