  • Pasta alla Boscaiola is a earthy flavourful pasta typical of central Italy in the areas around the Appenines. This is a red sauce which bring together mushrooms, pork...often in the form of sausage or pancetta and guanciale, with herbs. This easy and quick pasta recipe is always a crowd pleaser with a dash of cream at the end to add some decadence to the dish.     Rigatoni 100g per person
    Guanciale 1 slice per person
    50g of Mushroom per person
    Garlic
    1 Tin Tomato Sauce every 2 people
    Herbs: i used thyme but you can use whatever you like
    Splash of heavy double cream
    Half a glass of dry white wine

    BOSCAIOLA 🇮🇹 Soffriggere cipolla e salsiccia fresca, poi sfumare cn il vino bianco e aggiungere i funghi, dopodiché i pelati, basilico ed è fatta.
