Can you Drink a Wine Too Young? When Should you Open a Bottle? I'm going to be opening a nice Bordeaux wine a bit early and tell you my thoughts on the timing of when to open a bottle.
Today I'm drinking a 2016 Chateau Leoville Barton a 2nd growth Bordeaux wine.

I'm excited to see the 2016 Chateau Leoville Barton being tasted. I have 2 bottles ageing in the cellar. I'm planning for one bottle at the coming Christmas dinner of Prime Rib.
