If you have a code reader and you keep getting a code 41 it’s probably not the oxygen sensor itself, there’s actually a ground connection for it and it will be on the left passenger side by the distributor it will be an orange wire. Make sure it’s hooked up to a good ground

I bought mine before things were available online. You could still find rangers or broncos at the salvage yard. I bet I have 3 of every sensor on that beast. Most issues I blamed on "her" attitude at the time. I could write a book called (WTF was that all about?). Lately, I just say "I'm getting too old for this crap".

Yea lol sometimes I think older vehicles do stupid stuff just to make the driver mad. My 81 c10 decided to drain its transmission by itself on the carport the other day, I refilled it and put it up in the air to see where it was leaking, its been a week now and it hasnt leaked a drop lmao.

have you figured out you truck problems yet. it has to go to full temp before it transitions to closed loop computer control. your doing a nice job

Not sure if mines had that issue but ive heard of a temp sensor on the lower intake that could cause some issues. Might be your issue.

Put a motorcraft 02 sensor on it with the wiring harness that comes with it
