I have seen this house listed online, and I believe it has struggled to sell for quite some time. A lick of paint could improve the incredibly dark 'double-length' reception room, which I really like but I don't believe will be to all tastes. I also think a bit of interior design could soften out the rest of the ultra modern aspects. Why 'soften out' what is a great house? Because at the end of the day, this type of property is more likely to be bought by families. It doesn't currently pitch itself that way. It is much more suited to an architect power couple. I won't also comment on the price, but I wonder if the vendors are clearly taken by the design features and approach and expect others to be also.
It is a very nice property considering it is asking for 5.5 millions but crime rates in Hackney is one of the top 5 highest in London. Hence, I wouldn't feel safe and people breaking in etc. P.S: I can feel the summer vibes in this video... casual iso of your formal wear :)

Do you mean my short videos are better? Or short videos are better in general? Noted on the rooms, we do comment on them all but don’t often go into all of them due to time restrictions we focus on the key selling points
You didn't show all the rooms or the house too bad would have liked to have seen it as would any buyer would. Music again is too much and not needed to sell it as not a music video would prefer more details on the property. The videos are too short a show of nearby amenities would be nice even without showing where it is.
