- Finally got this tutorial video done! So here is my process for making a silicone ahsoka headpiece. This is what I have found works best for me based on what I have experienced, my skill level, and what I want in the final product. It's not as in depth as I originally wanted to make it, but I hope that this is helpful and informative for anyone who needs it!

This is such a well made video and I’m so appreciative of the effort you put into making it!! So generous of you to share your process! I’m trying to make Hera’s lekku for my daughter who is allergic to latex, so your tips here come in sooo handy. Thank you!!!
I’m glad you found this helpful!
Would it survive while doing a handstand though ?🤔
I love that headpiece stand lol! Great video, I enjoyed seeing your creative process!!
i follow u on TikTok and i love ur cosplays i was wondering about where you got the LED light for ur lightsabers? also this headpiece is amazing i'm definintly going to (attempt) at making one
I got it from the custom saber shop
Unbelievable build, so well designed and simple. Yet the result is so absolutely professional! I absolutely cannot wait to make one for myself!!
Nice tutorial!! I’ve been wanting to cosplay as Ahsoka but never had the guts to make the headpiece 😂
i dont mean to be so off topic but does anyone know a way to get back into an Instagram account?
I was stupid lost my login password. I love any assistance you can give me!

Hi I’m trying to do a twi’lek cosplay and am useing your vid as a guide but I have some questions if you don’t mind ? ( anyone can answer help is help and it is appreciated )
1. Idk if you answered this but why do you use the psycho paint base stuff instead of regular silicone? Can I use the psycho paint base as actual silicone for all of my lekku instead of getting two different silicone?
2. What is the use of haveing the two different types of brushes?
Thank you for your time and I love the vid have a nice day!
Hello! Psycho paint is made specifically for adding color too. I would not recommend using only one. I use 2 different brushes because one is smaller and easier to use for the edges of the stripes.
Hi! How did you make the tails detachable? Before removing the silicone.
I cut them off after I finished the clay and used hot glue to reattach them and smoothed out the clay
Hey, pls Tell me wich Clay i can use for a silicon headpice. Ive made myself a pattern and made the headpice out of Foam and foamclay, but now i cant move and i want to make a silicon headpice with it.
I use a plastalina clay to make the form
Amazing work! I'm following your methods for mine.
Did you mix psycho paint with some regular acrylic blue paint to get the color or did you find some psycho paint that was actually blue?
I used Silc-pigs, which is pigment specifically for coloring silicone and psycho paint.
Dang it…. Now I am going to have make a set. 😊
This is fantastic! So well made!
did you have to use any release agent on the clay before applying the silicone? or does it just peel off naturally? thank you in advance!!! i plan on using this method for my Hera Lekku and this video is a GODSEND
I didn’t use any release agent. The silicone just peels right off!
Can I airbrush paint on it?
If it is silicone paint yes. Regular paint no
I’m planning to use this method for my own Ahsoka cosplay! I was wondering how much clay you used?
I don't remember exactly but it was somewhere between 5-10 lbs
AWESOME tutorial! About how much in materials was everything including clay? I love how flexible and soft it looks, super realistic.
I think around $200
@@CommanderPoptart Incredible. I can't wait to work on my twi'lek lekku! Your cosplay is amazing.
@@CommanderPoptartfollow up question, for the form of your head, did you find having the form be your exact head size important? Should it be a little smaller since the silicone might stretch?
@KyloRenClub mine isn’t, I find that with the mesh fabric in it the stretch of the silicone is really reduced.
Thank you for making this video. I was curious how the process worked. 🤍💙🧡
What kind of thickener for the silicone?
I use smooth on thivex
