Super thankful for all your videos! For me, this is a fast, but effective stretch that helps achieve a better recovery even if short on time. About my run... I knew I was in for a challenging one, especially after tough days at work and not eating/sleeping properly... But pushed through and managed the planned distance! Not the fastest, sure, but better than giving up 😊
Well done for getting the run done under less than perfect circumstances! That’s what builds mental strength, when it’s tough balancing work and running it’s so easy to drop running but you didn’t and then you turned up for the stretch too!!! Well done 🙌🏻😊

I had a really sluggish trail run today and struggled the entire run however i managed to finish the run and came home and did this stretch and feel great now. Thanks to you and running buddies for giving me the motivation to keep active even when i dont feel like it.
Great stretch!! Todays run was seemingly really rough at the beginning, everything felt so heavy until about halfway through. I focused on centering myself and running with my core/full body engagement by really feeling my weight being pushed forward off the earth and I felt so light! Funny how that works.
Keep it up with the body awareness and bringing those mindful elements into your running 🙌🏻 that’s what transformed my running, mantras are also a great way to focus your awareness. Thank you as always for commenting, it’s great to have an update from you 🙏😊

If you use the foot up a wall or on sofa and create more flexibility in the leg that may help you get hold of the leg easier. Also you could use a belt or yoga strap around the foot so you don’t have to take hold of the foot. 😊
I loved this video, its really helpful. But i cant seem to do the pigeon pose, i get a cramp in my thigh every single time. Do you have any advice or suggestions as to how i could get to that point without hurting myself

Can you tell me why my legs get tight when it's time to finish the race I have the power but it's tension or stress I couldn't get it where I am getting wrong so please tell me how to finish my race as a pro , let me tell you I am practicing for 1600 meter for INDIAN ARMY and my race is on 3 November so give me some tips. By the way my best time of finishing the race is 5:20 and I want to decrease some seconds and these seconds can be only reduced when my finishing or ending is good ,hope you will give some tips😊
Maybe figure out a mantra that works for you so that you keep your rhythm and good form to keep the pace up. I use different ones to put my awareness into my body to be mindful of losing my posture, my cadence or driving too hard for example. Hope this helps and good luck with the 1600m run 👍🏻😊

When you reach back for the foot, is there a move you can do that’s easier that helps you get to where you can fully reach the foot?
If you use the foot up a wall or on sofa and create more flexibility in the leg that may help you get hold of the leg easier. Also you could use a belt or yoga strap around the foot so you don’t have to take hold of the foot. 😊

Today was really physical and mental challenging, I don’t know why
Some days can be tougher than others. Sleep, hydration, food, stress, work stress, weather etc. can all influence our running and make it harder.
@@RunBetterwithAsh The temperature is going up, yesterday was a really hot day, 38 celsius, I think is hydration was the issue and also stress 🏃🏃🏃
