🤦 ok Spearhead 😁
Ah, "High street a metonymy!''
I thought I’d offer you a little correction, as I’m a native English speaker. I hope it’s helpful! All in all, your comment is written pretty well, with just a couple of small mistakes.
“Lucy teaches every detail about grammar clearly. I believe all the English learners will now understand the grammar lessons that were very difficult before. Thank you so much for today’s lesson, Lucy.”
@@user-no2mz9hl4f If I did mistakes, I'm sorry for that. Cause I'm still an English learner. Thanks for telling.
@@estella8608 No need to apologise! That’s exactly why I thought I’d offer a correction. I know that when I’m learning a foreign language, I always appreciate notes from native speakers, so I just wanted to help.
Good advices for emergencies, 1) if the first action is happening at the same time as the second action, use gerund, and 2) if the action leads to a second action, use infinitive. Thank you for the new lesson, Lucy. ❤
What about 'I suggest going'?
Advices!!!!!?
Teacher Lucy's material always covers basic but very vital English grammar with us. Thank you.
Studying English with Lucy is so happy. To sing English songs makes me happy. I want to listen to this class.
She always gives clear examples and I like that. Learning English is for me a lifetime experience just like for many people I assume and it is exited to learn new things to use in a daily manner.
Lucy is one of the greatest teachers that I've ever seen in life
Bless you all
Great lesson! I had verbals (gerunds, infinitives, participles) in 10th grade grammar. I still remember everything I was taught about them. We never covered the certain verbs that can only use a gerund or an infinitive, however (7:51 thru 11:32). This lesson applies to both British and American English.

I hated gerunds in school and even now I'm still feeling confused about them.. Watching this video gives me at least a reminder to learn the few verbs by heart and finally I understood what a gerund is after all. And to sound posh by using infinitives? I love it!
Hello, can you tell me bit about them, because after watched video lucy. I'm still confused to used about gerund infinity.
Fantastic lesson Lucy, very straightforward and easy to understand! A big thank you 🥰

Hi Lucy ! I really thank you for teaching us this crucial grammar to speak better day by day.
Hi Lucy. Greetings from Hong Kong!
We studied gerund and to-infinitive in college.
Even the difference of the words that can followed by both a gerund and a to-infinitive.
Like “She stopped walking when she saw Mike."
or "On the long way to London, she stopped to take a rest."
Would you have another video to teach us more examples about the different meanings for some verbs when they followed by gerund and to-infinitive?
Thanks for this lesson. It's very helpful. You've actually helped me so much with my examinations. 💛💙💚

Hi, Lucy, im so glad to find your video, it really helps me. Thanks a bunch :)
Thank you, Lucy. This video, like numerous of other I saw already, is reliable and very accurate. However, the subject of topic for anglophiles is quite shaky and foggy. I've attacked this irritating "binomial" few times and usually I've still hesitated. According to my knowledge, this puzzle requires time for digesting. It means to read and listen, paying attention for "G". and "to I". "neighborhood". Attacking isn't the best way to win this battle. I wish both of you Happy New Year.
Thank you very much dear Lucy😘💕💕💕
I wish you a very nice weekend 😘💕💕🎈❤️
