For me is more about what i eat. When I reduced red meat for more vegetables my skin becames clean. Im not vegan I still eat chicken and fish but way less than in the past.

Don’t use copper tone on your face it will clog your pores and if you use sunscreen everyday you should double cleanse

You don’t need a toner all you need is a double cleanse moisturizer and a face sunscreen in the morning. Try a nutrogena sunscreen those are cheap and simple
