As for SPF, it's not about the brand but about the amount you use. You won't use the amount that will give you SPF50 with foundation or tinted moisturizer. You need about a quarter of a teaspoon or two finger lenghts of a product to get a labeled protection. With a tinted moisturizer it would probably look like a mess and applying less product dramatically decreases the level of protection (it's not a linear decrease). That's why you should always use a seperate SPF even if you use a foundation with SPF.
Came here to say the exact same thing. 😊 I just tried to apply 1/4 teaspoon of the Ciele Tint & Protect SPF 50 in my latest video, and it was impossible.

Exactly!! Your face would be a caked disaster if the appropriate amount was used. Always a separate spf
100%. I like to leave sun protection to my actual sunscreen and let my makeup just be makeup.

I love you for saying this about Chanel eyeshadows!!! So many people have a thing for Chanel but I 100% agree about this. I had one absolutely brilliant quad about 25 years ago that was pigmented and beautiful. Today’s Chanel eyeshadows are average at best.

The separate sunscreen is about whether you apply enough of the product, not the quality of the formula. You should be applying about 1/4 tsp of sunscreen for your face which is way more than you would use of most makeup products. It will just depend on if you would use that much.

The Naturium Phyto-Glow Lip Balm is absolutely fabulous! It is half the price of Summer Fridays and much cheaper than Tower 28 coloured balms and just as good if not better. Lovely colours from them.
I get all my Naturium at Target. I use the liquid exfoliant and I love it!

Honestly Kylie’s base makeup like the foundation and concealer, blush bronzer and highlights are underrated they are so much better then the lip kits where only the lip liner are good lol

What a let down with the YSL eyeshadow palette. It’s a classic example of “don’t judge a book by its cover.” I was expecting much more fun pastel colors with that beautiful packaging.

I hear you about Ariana’s Cloud fragrance but don’t dismiss it. It’s a top selling fragrance and it does smell good. I’m a 49 year old mom and was skeptical but I like it.
I agree with the fragrances. They seem like teenage fragrances to me too. Also agree with Chanel eyeshadows not being good. The only one I ever liked is the warm palette quint. None of the quads work for me. But I do think Chanel excels in foundation. The Ultra Le Teint is my number one foundation.

Oh, I´m not classy, too! I also can´t find anything special about the Chanel eyeshadows. There was a time (that I wanted to be classy, I think) when I was decided that I was going to buy one of their quads whatever. It took about a year I was making rounds around the make up shops and swatching all the Chanel quads, always leaving the meh feeling. Then I ordered one of their 9-pans palettes. Per gram it´s my most expensive palette and I regretted buying it right after making first swatches. Not bad, but nothing special for their price.

I didn't know that the "Libre" parfum was actually in French, I always thought it was the Spanish word 😅. Well, because I think the meaning is the same in both languages, I think we are safe pronouncing it the Spanish way 😊
