While she wasn’t completely incorrect, it’s hypocritical to accuse the Jedi for violence when she herself used violence, manipulation, and worse. Of course no one really cared about what she said because she herself was a terrorist.

The speech Padmé gives in S3-E11 has always bugged me. Isn't it... her fault if her servants have to endure these poor conditions in the first place? Shouldn't she be the one helping them, instead of using them as a political bargaining tool?... Plus her telling the Republic to stop funding the armed forces at a time of all-out galactic civil war against an unrelenting enemy... simply does not make sense. The Clone Wars was a good show that succeeded in many aspects, but politics was not really one of them.
