It's a very helpful video, but I would like to point out one thing: the pitch curves must fit the key of the song, so the 2 semitone interval doesn't work all the time.
This was a super helpful tutorial, especially the parts about pitchbend sensitivity and adding extra notes! I honestly feel like this did a much better job explaining what the different features did than the actual VOCALOID manual. I have IA as well and I always struggled to figure out how to make her sound good, so this is really helpful information. Does the plug-in work in V3 as well, or only in V4? It looks really useful, but I only have the V3 editor that came with my IA (the reason why is a long story, but I managed to miss the entire V4 life cycle)
I just started using vocaloid (I got it from El Rincon Del Kitsune I'm sorry😢 Its not like i want to earn money from it) this tutorial is very useful ❤
That was me like 7 years ago. I was so obsessed with finally buying Miku, my entire teenage life. Have fun with Vocaloid if you get it one day! Keep dreaming!

silly question, is there a way to set a specific part to be played over and over while you're tuning? as opposed to having to move the blue indicator around
hey! So on the same bar as the play button, you should see two buttons which have sticks with 'S' and 'E' next to them. When you press them, two small white bars will appear at the top left of the piano roll. Drag them to the part you want to loop. After that, press the looping arrow icon which is also near the play button. Then it will loop the selected part!
Kkkkkkkkkkk omg, learning how to tune with a skyrim guardian is the best idea I've ever seen in my life!
this was so helpful and just in time too. i JUST started using vocaloid a couple days ago and had no idea what i was doing. thank you so much
i hope it helps you!! Ty so much for watching
Wow, I never knew that tuning in Vocaloid is harder than UTAU, Thanks for the tutorial!

You're a life saver. For years I've been searching a tutorial that my smol pea brain could understand
this is the best tutorial i’ve seen for vocaloid4, and maybe vocaloid in general. thank you for making this 💗
You’re welcome!
I am just starting out VOCALOID as a little hobby of mine and this is very helpful! Tysm!
IA *kinda* sounds like MEIKO in ur tuning
This is actually really helpful, especially since Rin is more painful to tune than I expected her to be
Ну, теперь у меня есть мотивация учить английский. Спасибо большое за туториал
Me watching this while not even using (or not able to) use vocaloid:
this is actually so well explained and helpful, thank you

I’m pretty sure it works with any version of VOCALOID which supports plugins! So V3 should be fine
Thanks! This is good stuff to know. 📝
Absolutely amazing tutorial, thank you so much for the tutorial.
No problem!
thank you for the tutorial!!
Thank you so much for the tutorial, I use Piapro Studio and I can take these tips and apply them to my own covers in the future ^u^

@@jaxonloid thank you so much!!!
HII tysm very helpful but uhmmmm what app are you using?? So curious!
Vocaloid4! It’s not an app though, it’s a paid program for computer!
omg :0
Ojalá hubiera uno de estos en español, no entiendo nada :'(
desc link is dead lmao
thats weird, it still works for me
@@jaxonloid really? I had to use wayback machine to go to the forum it was posted on. anyway nice tutorial i forgot to say that earlier
It doesn't sound good enough, isn't there a plug-in or software capable of creating voice lines with proper glide and vibratos?
Not in vocaloid. If you’re wanting a vocal synthesis which is more natural or realistic sounding, try out the free version of SynthV.
I cant watch this video, i pee in my pants when listening!
It was better before lmao
vocaloid is so dead
How come?
