- 440C stainless steel made a jungle knife. The size of a 400mm, 15.8-inch jungle knife is a little small, but it is 5mm thick and has a sense of weight, so it will be better to cut and utilize. The handle was made using a zebra mpingo and copper and finished with a rock pattern.

What a great looking chopper!
most beautiful knife i have ever seen
Una obra de arte, un abrazo fraternal desde México!
Nice design. That bit of forward weight makes for a great chopper.

Parang knife es una gran herramienta. Hermoso Parang. 🙂🔪🛠️
Beautiful!
Excellent job, very nice looking chopper
You did a beautiful work.
Simplesmente perfeito. Parabéns.👍
Mas é a têmpera? Parece aço 5160. Eu não vi a têmpera e nem o revenimento. O aço tá cru ainda ( virgem) . Não vai segurar a retenção do corte.
@@Sknives The size is too big for me to do it with my own equipment, so I forced it to be made by an outside specialty store that has already completed heat treatment...^^
It’s an amazing knife, I wish I can buy one from you,,,,,,,

Thank you so much, you really help me out :D
@Allen Ford glad I could help =)
I assume that this stock steel blank was already heat treated? Or did you just not show the heat treating of the metal in this video?
The size is too big for me to do it with my own equipment, so I forced it to be made by an outside specialty store that has already completed heat treatment...^^

Hey. Maybe I should just make one then 😊
It's a knife made with great care... You're welcome. Thank you.
Nice work!!! What kind of sharpening system is that? Thanks
It's a common system.^^
this video is inspiring for making a knife without forging procedure. But, it need to be quenched to harden its blade or not?
Of course, I had to do it and worked on it by heat treatment in advance.
Amazing work! Can you list all the names of machines and equipments you used in the process?
Of course. I made it myself. It's possible. You can see from the video, and it's common.^^
สวยมากๆเลย อยากได้ๆ👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice job!
awesome knife
That looks like a great chopper and brush knife. I'm curious about the heat treatment. I know that stainless steel is tricky to heat treat. Did the steel come prehardened and tempered?
I finished heat treatment at an outside store because the size is big and I am not capable of heat treatment.^^
Good job
Awesome knife 👌👌👌👌👌😎🇮🇩
Wow amazing like it
Was the steel heat treated? I love the design!
The length of the burner was too long to accommodate and had to be heat-treated. It was hard to process because the material had already been heat-treated....^^
VERY GOOD
Nice job man 👍👍👍

Hello sir, thats a great nicely heavy, do you sell these, if so can you tell me.
Oooooo ! Super!!!!👍🤘🏻🔪
That's a nice looking chopper. I am making one very similar for a client who has requested CPM-4V. 11" blade, 5.25" handle, 16.25" total length with .25" spine, and finished with black micarta with red G10 liners. I do not have the means to properly heat treat 4V so having to send off to Peter's Heat Treating service. I didn't see in the video your heat treating process for the 440C. What was your process? and did you cryo temper as well? Great looking knife!
The length of the burner was too long to accommodate and had to be heat-treated. It was hard to process because the material had already been heat-treated....^^
