Great video, very helpful ! I am probably about 18mts behind you on the ML journey so your content has been really useful to me, I appreciate you taking the time to put this out there. Cheers, Dave (yes...another one 😉 ).

Another good video. The only thing I would add to a group kit is a sanitary towel it has its primary use (which I assume would make that person's day a little more confortable) and if something goes terribly wrong you have a none sterile extra (emergency) dressing that weights 10g

Just a couple of observations the yellow band is not a tourniquet- fortunately you added a proper CAT tourniquet at the end. The yellow band is for taking blood it will not stop an arterial bleed, it’s not wide enough and will cause tissue damage. Secondly the epi pen is a prescription only medicine, if it’s prescribed for you or your kids fair enough but you shouldn’t be carrying it to use on others.

      Thanks Slippery.
Agree the yellow band is a compromise, but actually it's a HD training band and not the vasodilation band. I am sure you will agree that all first aid kits are a compromise with weight, training and experience all contributing, with the underlying principal of do no harm.
