My dongle and headset are blue not green. Anyone know why? They don't seem to be working.
Make sure you have the correct headset for what you’re using it for. Try updating the software on the headset. You may have a newer version of it .
Charge your dang headphones dummy
I got it to connect to the switch and it works exactly like in the video, but is there a way to get the sound to come out of the t.v and route only voice chat to the headphones? as opposed to having ALL sound coming in through the headphones ?
That would be a setting on the system in the sounds settings

Can you take the switch off the port with the headphones will still work
Yea it should it’s connected to the Bluetooth on the switch not on the dock. The dock just powers it and connects it to the tv
what if you lose that piece, can you still use the microphone

I have this exact pair and I’m trying to use them on my switch. The headset and usb both have solid green lights but the sound still is not coming through the headset. Any suggestions?
Make sure you connect the usb stick first then the headset. Also make sure the stick is set to usb not Xbox
I have gen 2 stealth 600 and no switch from Xbox to usb. Still don’t work :(

My son can hear the game but nobody can hear him? Any specifics for the mic? We just got it today im not a gamer and hes 7 & 1st headset so IDK? Am I missing a step? He has the switch
Make sure the mic is all the way down so it engages and make sure the volume is up. Could also update the headset. Plug it into a computer and then go to turtle beaches website to download the latest updated for it. Let me know how it goes

Just to make sure, they only work when the switch is docked correct? The stealth doesnt have tradition Bluetooth connectivity to “mobile/handheld” devices right?
Yea they only work with the dongle plugged in. I don’t think they have Bluetooth witch kinda sucks.

Nah just plug the headset to any power source. The usb dongle doesn’t need charged, it’s given power when plugged into the console

Can you hear ? Make sure the mic part is all the way up, sometimes I have the same issue. Tuck the mic in and in one swoop pop it all the way up.

Hi. My sons headset is like this one and its not working i.e the sound is still coming through the tv,not the headphones. It seems to be pairing ok too so seems strange. Any ideas?
Check the settings on the switch for sound. Make sure the volume is up on the headphone, update the software for the headphone by connecting it to a computer and updating drive. Make sure that headset is meant for the switch, there are many different models, some don’t work with all.
@KingLeoAudio thanks for that. Everything seems to be up to date. I have tried the headphones on my laptop using the transmitter and they are working fine so think it's the switch which is the problem. They have been working OK since Christmas
This doesnt work at all it does the beeping to signify pairing complete the light flash appropriately and audio still only comes threw tv ive checked every setting and there is no switch on the usb so 🤷
Make sure the headset you got was meant for the Switch, some area meant for specific systems. But could also test on a other device to see if it works like a computer , Xbox etc
@KingLeoAudio yah I had to return it and get a new one. The box said switch directly on it but it refused to work appropriately. Idk why that kinda crap even exists and honestly all headsets should be universal 😒. But my kid is now happy.
My headphone usb doesn't have a button how do i use it then?
Make sure it’s for the correct system your using. If it doesn’t have a button maybe it’s for only the item it lists. Plug it in and try it

It came with the headset. It’s the Bluetooth usb receiver.
