- Hello, and welcome back to our channel. In this video you will meet five alters in our system, Astral, Tempest, Rue, Connor and Kitty.
You may have notices all our videos disappeared, we had an experience a few months back that led to UA-cam not feeling like a safe space. But we've since taken to steps to ensure our safety, and look forward to returning to our regular content.
This is your friendly reminder that we are not professionals, we are similar a diagnosed DID system sharing what we have learnt for ourselves over the past several years. Please do your own research, and talk to a health professional if anything mentioned in our videos raises concerns.
Please please allow me to thank u all for uploading this and the absolute joy it was to meet u guys 😭 you each are inspirational, how blessed I am to have clicked on this video. I’m in awe;,,, the obvious healing, the openness, the effort all shine thru from everyone who we saw in this vid. Watching this has deepened my understanding of u all obviously lol but also of myself and my system and truly truly inspiration is the right word cuz a few of us got lightbulb moments and the gears r turning..
not to over state this a million times but for real u helped me and the other ones watching thru these eyes and I can’t wait to see more uploads (at whatever pace they come out no rush no pressure 🙏🙏🙏)

Super nice to meet y’all! I have ADHD and generalized anxiety leading to DP/DR, and I have a hyperfixation on psychology as well :) I have been doing a lot of research on DID in particular and it’s really interesting to me. Also the comorbidities! I’ve found that neurodivergent people are more likely to experience trauma and develop PTSD and/or DID. Thanks for the video, it’s great to hear firsthand accounts from people who have DID!
