Nice job, looks great🤘Pro tip for next time or for those watching this and thinking of doing the same. Always use a hairdryer to heat up the stickers before removal, while heated you can peel it off with your fingers. Then use a citrus spray for removing glue residue. Then clean the area your going to be working on with isopropyl alcohol. And again, use a hairdryer for heating up the stickers while applying them.
You amaze me with your patience Well done It really does look great
She is pretty, and that's important ;0)
Turned out completely different and good-looking.
Yes! Very happy with how it came out.
Hi, good job! Does the trimmer come with the kit or do you have to purchase it separately?
I don't recall using a trimmer. All the panels fit perfectly. Just the plastic card for smoothing out and that I had already.
Looks very different
Wow! Blu?
They have a bunch of options. Here is one in blue: motostill.com/YAMAHA-T7-TENERE-700-GRAPHIC-STICKER-14-EN
Heat gun on the decals next time. Works like a charm. With these decals, did the instructions say if they could be applied using soapy water? The soap keeps the decal from sticking and as you squeegee out the water it adheres. Just wondering. My 690 needs a freshening up.
I had a heat gun ready but never used it. No instructions with the package or that I could find online. Live and learn.
I can barely put stickers on my lego correctly so i wouldnt feel confident doing this myself
It was intimidating, but went well. They are still looking good a year and 50,000k later.
@AdventureMine2022 if i get a tenere, i would want to get some kind of wrap that give the bike a khaki look
