    Hello, thanks for the advice. Can I ask you about the Upright Row exercise?. I don't know the principle of this exercise but it burned my shoulders

      Hey, thanks for commenting. The upright row done properly is a good exercise to help develop the side deltoid & can impact the trapezius some depending on how high you bring the movement up. I like to alternate using lateral raises on one training session & then upright rows the next time. Just want to keep in mind not to go too heavy because it really is not good for proper form. Hope that helps.
