Add 1 cup rice to 2.5 cups water. You may need an extra 1/4 cup towards the end. Keep an eye on it. I don’t own a rice cooker so I only cook on my stove top in a pot. Gas or electric stove top would be fine.
I hope my recipe helps. A tip watch that the pot isn't boiling too high. If you run out of water just add a little bit extra. You can also cook it in the microwave.

I love this rice! I mix a couple teaspoons (cold)with cottage cheese, then fry some egg whites,place that on top for breakfast! Yum
