  • Reverse aging, taking the biology back in time, can be achieved by inducing the body for self rejuvenation.
    Dr. Shai Efrati: Director of the Sagol Center for Hyperbaric Medicine and Research, Assaf-Harofeh Medical
    Under the management and guidance of Dr. Efrati, the Sagol Center for Hyperbaric Medicine and Research has become the largest most occupied hyperbaric center in the world, currently treating more than 120 patients a day. Dr. Efrati initiated a research program focusing on the neuroplasticity (regeneration of brain tissue) of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). In the first clinical study it was proved that HBOT can induce neuroplasticity in stroke and traumatic brain injuries even years after an acute incident. The vital clinical results gained from the research program have shed fascinating new light on regeneration of the injured brain as well as aging tissues.

    His recognition of the gestational environment and activity as similar to a hyperbaric oxygen chamber has my mind firing on all cylinders !

    After a spinal cord injury/surgery in my early 20s, my body started developing a wide spread severe pain we call Fibromyalgia. This was severe, crippling pain, even though I look normal. When I saw Dr. Efrati ( and his colleagues ) published post about their findings on fibromyalgia, I knew I was going to do it, no matter the cost. I live in Austin, Texas and luckily I had a clinic near me that offered 40 sessions for around 6K. I stayed with 1.75 ATA @ 60 mins. I did not do 90 minutes.
    I am on my last session tomorrow. This is the best I have ever felt in 15 years. Frankly, I felt improvements after the first week. I simply could not believe it. The past two months I am able to pick up my kids, smile, laugh, and enjoy life even if its temporary. Ive woke up in the middle of the night and cried several times out of joy. This is a different cry from the countless nights of insomnia due to the crippling pain.
    At this time I cannot answer some of your questions: How long will this last? Will this be permanent? Whats the maintenance look like? However I will follow up in a month.
    I see some questions below concerning the validity of HBOT, well, there is your proof. In 15 years, no form of yoga, western medicine, eastern medicine, acupuncture, vagus nerve stimulation, potions, snake oils, more drugs, etc came close to helping as much as HBOT did.
    I did not try reducing my medication while the treatment was going on and I was feeling better. I just did not want to change anything.

I read it a couple of years ago but lost my copy. I’m going to Amazon right now to order one and be more careful with it. It’s more than worth the read. I read about Dr. Sinclair's book "Why We Age, and Why We Don't Have To," very educative. There's no point increasing lifespan without health span. The goal should be to live longer while staying young and healthy. People who say they don't want to live forever should still support this because you can always change your mind later but not if you're already dead. I have been saying this... longevity is our choice! If we want to sustain our health, we have to do something about it! This will start by knowing what supplies our body needs. Start by eating a balanced diet, quit vices, exercise regularly and take an NMN supplement. It's my 7th month taking the NMN by Vitruvin already. It's cost-effective, and I can tell that what I hear from the feedbacks online aligns as well to my experience.

    If you’d like to increase blood flow and oxygen to your brain without spending, I’d recommend cutting caffeine as it restricts blood vessels in the brain, also look into the wim hof breathing method, which also utilises the periodic spike and absence of oxygen.

    unfortunately 20 sessions of HBOT will cost roughly $4000. Work by Prof Valter Longo has shown that 5 days of fasting (very low calories counts) once a month for three months will triple the number of circulating stem cells. Cost = zero. Actually, you save money by eating a lot less food for 15 days. 750 calories per day of which about 18 grams of protein, about 35 grams complex carbs, and remaining (half of calories) is good fats.

      What this is referring to is the potential evolution of our brain and the potential increase in the networks and connections in our brain. In this regard, we probably do not even use 1% of what is possible. The power of the brain increases with use. We should use our brain in as many different ways as we have the time and motivation to do.

My cholesterol dropped 8pts, back & shoulder pains gone, skin rejuvenated, i slimmed down 4kg (despite eating more, sedantary locked at home)..and i placed it at my mouth to release toothache after the surgery, without painkiller. I believe! We can reverse aging! GB.

  • @nieczerwony
    @nieczerwony 7 років тому +6

    This is a talk for some poepole who don't know what he really talking about. First of all from biological point of view being immortal means thet our cells when replicated it is exactly copy of itself. This is not the case in human body as every time our cells are replicated their teleomers are being "chopped down". Stem cell doesn't matter as it can rejuvenate call but it can't turn back the degradation during replication. Second thing is our brain doesn't really need glucose. There is only one part of our brain ( I leave it as a homework) which needs glucose but this can be easily made by liver. More than that ketone bodies are delivering energy to the brain in a lot better manner. In fact ketogenic diet is successfully used during brain tumor treatments. Whoever tried keto diet (or even fasting) know how sharp mind becomes and how calm we are.
