Wow, this video really opened my eyes about healthy aging! It’s amazing to think that simple lifestyle choices, like exercising, managing stress, eating well, and keeping your mind active and can have such a big impact on how long and well we live. I was really inspired by Madame Jeanne Calment’s story. It’s great to know that even though we can't control everything, our daily habits can truly influence our brain health and longevity. Time to start those brain exercises!

mostly a condensed version of his talk years ago already on UCTV channel, but still lots of useful information to know about healthy ageing! Stress management, Physical and Mental exercise, and Healthy Eating. I personally would add one more behaviour: Adequate Sleep.

I'm learning to play guitar for my brain. Not only the physical playing but also the music theory. No worries about the other three he mentioned.

There is now doubt about Madam Jeanne Calment claim of being 122 years old. It's believe she was the daughter of Jeanne Calment who assumed her mother identity for monetary gains. You be the judge.

Hi UA-cam How public is your "public comment" ? believe it's confined to Australia only. It is not international. I appreciate comments from U.S. , China , Asia and European countries, etc.
