Yes, I haven’t actually worked out with them on yet but just moving around my studio and being active they were very solid and stayed put. I didn’t really even notice I was wearing them after a while. Not sure about being wired and still take calls via Bluetooth.
I have the Q30 and I used them every day for 7 months. And tonight I just ordered the Q45. I can’t wait! I love Soundcore!

Just get the Q35. It sounds better than Q45 if the ANC is not so important to you. The Q35 NC is not that bad either.

It's a feature that existed on the q35 and also the xm5. Palm on one of the cups turns on transparency mode

Why don’t they come with the airplane jack and cord like the Q35
I haven’t been on a plane in 3 years that even had an airplane jack so they are probably just eliminating what most will never use.
