ps. I've set my Q45 on LDAC sound priority (990 kbps /909 kbps). I've not problem whatsoever on sound dropping or cutting off. no Bluetooth re-pairing issue either as mentioned. But I do have to reinstall Soundcore apps when I got the Q45 bcos the old app from Q35 just couldn't detect my Q45 upon installation
Thanks for taking the time to make your video. I've been trying to find fairly priced over ear headphones that don't creak for ages. Even tried the Sony XM4s now they're reduced. Sound quality was superb but they creaked like an old galleon. After seeing that the Q45s have metal hinges, I thought I'd give them a try. They certainly don't creakb too much which is great. The other thing that is worth mentioning is that they have been perfect from a firmware perspective. They work with the app without fault. This was not so with the XM4s or Sennheiser's M4s, both of which I've returned. However, I struggle to fully enjoy the sound. Compared to the other two, they just sound flat. Even when setting the codec priority to sound quality. I appreciate that they are a different price league, but it was underwhelming. Even my Sennheiser MTW3 earbuds blow them out of the water. Modest over ear cans should sound a lot better than even premium buds. I got the Q45s on offer and at the time of purchase, they were £80 and considerably cheaper than the Q35s. They are easier to wear for longer periods when working from home than earbuds too. So they do what I want them to. Thanks again.

Great video! Keep it up. Got 2 Q35 for my both nephew. As for myself for wireless, still using my reliable pxc550 gen 1. Doesn't like the gen 2 tho. Tried some others wireless like XM4, bose 700, MTW4, airpod max, etc but still come back to my pxc550. Still waiting for its successor but not the gen2. Using soundcore liberty 3 pro too and was impressed and thus got the 2 Q35 later on.

Great video bro, I would really appreciate if you reply to me, So i really don't care that much about anc but i would say that i do appreciate some level of noise cancelling if there is some.... but definitely not my most priority as i am a home listener, All i actually care about is sound quality, i want some good base with clear vocals and all that stuff you know. I am on a budget and i think i have found a q35 for a great price,So would you recommend me the q35 in 2024 as of now. Or should i go with a little bit cheaper options like q30 or jbl tune 770nc?

I want call any names but some Reviewers on UA-cam actually tell you to comment and they will get back to you yet they never do . Great video, boy am I stuck as to what to do I want the comfort (headband padding) of the Q35’s, but the ANC and quality of the 45’s lol. Is it really uncomfortable to wear Q45 when worn for say hours? Is the ANC much better in the 45’s? That’s a biggie for me so if its truly much better I would go for it
! GREAT COMMENT ! Yes the Q45 ANC Really Is Much Better As Is The Transparency Mode Of The Q45 Which Is Like Not Even Having Them On . The Q45s ldac has zero audio drop outs ever even when set to highest setting which is PRIORITY ON SOUND QUALITY unlike Q35 which will sometimes have Dropouts of audio when LDAC is Set to PRIORITY ON SOUND QUALITY . The Sound Of The Q35s Is More Impactful But The Q45 Are Very Enjoyable And I'm Glad To See SoundCore Giving Different Headphones Different Sound Profiles.
And sorry I left out the Head padding portion of my answer . I wear the Q45 for a long time without it hurting its just that you can tell the Q45 have less padding than the Q35 . My most comfortable headphones to wear are my Sony xm3 but sound quality wise the Q35 And Q45 destroy my Sony xm3
I’ve heard so many people say they prefer the 35s over the 45s… louder and better bass. It’s a shame the 45s lost a lot of features of the 35s. Not sure what soundcore are doing here lol. I’ll stick with my q30s, fantastic sound
Thanks for commenting Q30 can really sound a lot better . I Use My small BTR3K Bluetooth Reciever and a short 3.5 aux cable which allows me to get LDAC Codec and the difference in audio this way is very noticeable. Thanks again
Also remember don't just take people's word but instead actually try for yourself . Sound is.subjective . I Use to think my WH1000xm3 were the.best Sounding until I really started listening to them and learning more about things . Now I only use my XM3 To sleep in to block noise . I even bought the.xm5 twice returning them both times much preferring the sound of my.Q35 and.Q45 . I love the Transparency Mode of Q45 and the smoother sound over the Q35 . The.Q35 sound can be more impactful but I Use and appreciate both Q35 And Q45 Both depending on what I'm Listening to . The Q45 anc is far better than Q30 or Q35 and the Transparency Sounds like im not even wearing The.Q45 . I like that soundcore is giving us different Sound profiles in their different Headphones . I just got the space 45s. In my opinion the q 35s sound way better The equalizer is not that good on the 45s hopefully they have an update where they can improve the base because I do like the build quality and comfort
Yes the sound of the Q35 is more impactful . If I'm watching a movie I'm reaching for my Q35 especially if I can listen wired powered off . My perfect set would be build look transparency and of the q45 with the impactful Sound of Q35 . Now if soundcore would give them a 2.5 balanced wired aux input connection they'd be even better . If they release Q35 and Q45 today with 2.5 balanced I'd buy them quick fast n a hurry .
Is there a difference in mics? Nothing major, but my current Infurture H1 headphones are perfect for comfort and sound for me, ANC is fine, but mic just sounds like I'm under water all the time so need something for quick calls or voice notes when I'm out, not necessarily work calls etc.

My Q35 When Im Using LDAC Bluetooth codec does not want to stay at the PRIORITY ON AUDIO QUALITY setting which has a bit rate of between 909 To 990 but goes right back to the BEST EFFORT ADAPTIVE BIT RATE of The LDAC CODEC setting which does not even show a bit rate . So My Q35 Has An Issues Giving The Best Quality OF LDAC Codec Playback . This Bothers Me . If I'm Listening Wired Then This Becomes A Non Issue With My Q35 . im between the Q30 and Q45. Mainly Classical music, Film Music and some jazz/rock. I dont like very clinical and harsh (in highs) sound nor extra bass. I like musical and balanced headphones. What woud you reccomend, taking into account the 40 e price difference. Thanks in advance!

@danielsekekinyamba2230 id think the 3.5 wire would need to have a mic because the headphone would be off when wired . The best I can say is try and see . I'm never using the mic myself accept via Bluetooth when headphones are powered on
Great video very Informative. When you say more refined sound on 45s does that mean that they have more clarity and are more suited for watching movies and UA-cam videos, hearing dialog etc? That's how I plan to use it. Don't mind to compromise a bit on bass if that's the case. Thanks
Yes it's a different sound profile to my ears at least . While the Q45 has less bass it still has strong bass just not as strong as Q35 . I'm more ofter taking my Q45 with me than my Q35 . I'm glad SoundCore are experimenting with different sound profiles . I enjoy the hell out of both Q35 and Q45 . When I a b listen between the 2 I can hear the difference . Now if SoundCore would give us a 2.5 balanced instead of 3.5 wired input these would both sound even better .
Another example is when I'm listening to Audio books i much prefer the Q45s Sound Over The Q35 . You really Have To A , B Compare Them To Get The Full Experience .

Nothing I've Done has made the.Q45 hit as hard as the.Q35 though . When I listen back and forth between them I enjoy the smoother seemingly more refined sound of the Q45 . If I'm watching a movie with a lot of explosions and rumble I'm reaching for my Q35 . However on a daily basis I'm consistently listening to my Q45s more often than Q35 . I Have Them Both And Am Glad To Have Them Both . Get.Them Both And Try Them . If you still think you should only have one pair after then send the other pair back .
Since Transparency/ANC is better on the Q45 they're my Outdoor headphones, and Q35s are more comfortable and have punchier bass so I prefer that for Indoor use (once I buy it in the future, I only have Q45 rn but I'm tired of its clamping force)

My Opinion of Q45 is a more refined sound over Q35 With a little less bass .... my only issue with Q35 is when using ldac codec I will set them to priority on sound quality and often it will revert right back to priority on connection with is a lower quality bit rate whereas the Q45 When set to priority on sound quality stay on this setting ....
@DroidLocks6971 I liked the Q35 but just want to get the Q45 since the price on sale is much tempting. What I didn't like about Q35s is sometimes turning on LDAC gives no sound and also sometimes when turning off LDAC, it becomes SBC codec and then have to restart bluetooth to get the AAC codec. The SBC codec in my phone is giving issues with volume being too loud at lower settings also and doesn't increase after half. The other qualm in Q35 is the build quality which gives creaking noise when on my head and if I move my jaws even a slight bit which can only be heard when there is no music. I am assuming the Q35s plastic won't last very long so I will just sell them and upgrade to Q45 at very minimal cost. Thanks
Hey buddy. I think I loved the Q35 much more and anything I do to the Q45 doesn't make them sound as fuller and full bodied in vocals and treble as the Q35. The Q45 sounds nasally in vocals and even treble lacks body and sounds tinny. I was warned about it in the comments and still I went ahead to give it a try. Using Poweramp, I could make the Q45 sounds better and am happy with them now. Still I think Q35 were better as they needed very less EQ to sound fantastic and soundcore decided to go back on the sound department from after Q35 onwards. I am wondering the reason.

Hello Good Sir, i saw your comments about the Q35/45 and come to check your own reviews, you did a great job, very informative and usefull! 🙏 After watch a tons of reviews of closed back headphones i ended between the DT770pro vs K371 vs M50x. At end i chose the M50x for a more fun sound. BUT what about the Ankers Q35/45, they seems to be a great option for closed back too and can be used wired for the best sound quality (plus have ANC and Bluetooth). Would you say they can sound as good as one " PRO " Headphone like the M50x? Most for EDM music, some movies and video editing. ps: EQ is not a problem to me, i like to do it. Thanks! 👍👍

My X2HR are my favorite headphones that I own . The X2HR Are Wired headphones but with the FIIO BTR7 They Are Basically Like A Wireless Set But With Incredible Sound . My Dailys are shokz open run pro bone conduction I never leave home without . I Will Check Out The Headpho es you mentioned As Well .

@khs4074 ....alot of people have been lured in by the space one hype train from all these sponsored aka paid reviews ....but DMS and FLOSSY CARTER said it best about the space one awful sound quality . ANC is Best on space one but that's where it ends ....I'd go with the Q35 if u can only buy one pair as bass is punchier on Q35 where as the Q45 has a tamer bass but avoid the awful sounding space one soundcore should be ashamed for releasing the garbage sounding space one ....What you've got to realize is there's no way your getting all the features of the SONY XM5 in a $99 soundcore space one without something suffering which in the case of the space one we get great features and crappy sound Go with the Q35

On the one hand I'd prefer the best ANC but am afraid the clamp force of the q45 will be too much for me since I've got quite a large head (60 cm). I was also wondering how they both hold up in windy conditions since I'm going to use them on my bike. Have you tried it out?

Also your Q35 You may need to turn LDAC On In The Bluetooth Settings For Your Q35 By Hitting the settings gear beside Q35 in Bluetooth connection . I Do Not Know How Old Your Android Phone Is But My S10+ , TabS7+ , S21 Ultra And ZFold3 All Have LDAC Capability . Also If You Type LDAC into the search bar on your phone you can go into the ldac settings and turn LDAC Audio Quality To The Highest Setting To Get The Best LDAC Audio Possible . Oh thanks buddy! So I went to Developer Options on the phone (I knew it had LDAC before I bought it) and it seems that it wasn't set to LDAC. Set it to highest bitrate and it does seem to sound better but I usually only listen to BBC Sounds which is not hi-res. I will try a 24 bit album later. Thing is, the headphones were faulty (loud buzzing in one ear and muffled boomy sound) when I bought them but righted themselves after a few weeks so I never bothered with checking what bitrate I was getting because I was so frustrated with them and the hassle of dealing with customer services (who were quite good to be honest). Still can't see a setting for codec/quality in the app though and firmware/app is up to date. Never mind. I'm getting the Q45's delivered today so will use those for "best" and the Q35's for the gym. One more thing, is it possible to buy an LDAC (or any) bluetooth transmitter that sends audio from my PC USB to the headphones so I can listen wirelessly to my stuff on PC? I only have an ancient Yamaha 7.1 home cimema amp that is not wireless. Thanks again.
If your gaming with a wired set up either should be fine . If Bluetooth then I find the Q45 has a more stable connection. Keep in mind when I'm Listening to Bluetooth Audio I'm using LDAC CODEC Set To PRIORITY ON SOUND QUALITY and with the Q45 I've never had audio drop outs but othen will have drop outs in audio with the Q35 with Same bluetooth Settings . I Thinks it's because Q45 is Bluetooth 5.2 and Q35 is Bluetooth 4.2 . . . I'm not a huge gamer so music and movies is my experience with Q35 And Q45 . The Q35 Has A Beefier Sound Especially In The Bass The Q45 Has Good Bass And A More Refined Sound . I Don't Know How To Explain The Difference It Is Just My Own Personal experience and I enjoy them both . The Q45 has the better anc and awesome Transparency Mode unlike the Q35 by comparison . Also if your using either set Wired Be Sure to power them off or the audio will suffer . I wish I could be more help . On a different note My Phillips X2HR paired with My FIIO BTR7 is simply amazing with my music and movies . I use LDAC CODEC and set to Priority On Sound Quality And It's AweSomeNess PerSoNiFied .

Sound is subjective so that's a hard one to answer . ....For watching Movies with alot of action Bass sounds and explosions I'm reaching for my Q35 . ....If You Want A More Refine Clarity I'd Go With The Q45 . ....For Me It's Fun To Swap Back And Forth Between Them . ....I Hope That Helps You
Can you explain more why you don't recommend using Q35 and Q45 wired with ANC turned on? Do they sound worse than wireless ANC mode or just no so good as wired powered off? Do they have static noise or buzzing sound etc. while wired with ANC turned on or in other modes?
Basically because the audio will suffer quite Noticeably . When your listening wired it's to get the absolute best audio possible and not to block outside noise . When you listen wired and powered on I think the electronics in the headphones and the power going through the wire conflict with each other making for a terrible audio experience . Try it for yourself and see . If you're going to use anc then just use the Bluetooth signal of the Q35 / Q45 .

Here lately when I use Q35 witg ldac set to priority on sound quality it goes right back to the ADAPTIVE BITRATE setting. The sound doesn't lag in my Q35 though . When I set Q45 ldac to priority on sound it stays in that setting . Q35 is Bluetooth 5.0 and Q45 is Bluetooth 5.2 or 5.3
@hotheadedguy9108 with Q45 I go into LDAC SETTINGS And set it to PRIORITY ON SOU D QUALITY Which is 909 to 990 nitrate but you'll have to have an android device as iPhone only supports the low quality aac sbc codecs
@hotheadedguy9108 it's the same with Q35 . You do have to have an android phone though to get LDAC Codec . You have to turn developer options on then type LDAC into your phones search bar and it will take you to ldac settings . I hope this helps .
I got both the Q20i and the Q35. Both pack the same punch in bass. Q35 have slightly better mids and soundstage but its like 5% or less noticeable and may be because their cups are bigger and sit a bit farther from head. Q35 sound much better with LDAC but the bass totally goes out. So i hardly use the LDAC mode. Connection with my phone in LDAC mode is stable so far. Q45s are expensive and i don't like the Space One so may be i won't like the Q45 since they are also in Space series.
@manasranjansahoo2905 thx 4 commenting ....I have the Q45 and I can attest to them sounding night and day difference better than the original SPACE ONE That are $99 . ....Soundcore should be ashamed of themselves for releasing the original SPACE ONE . ....After the original space one were released i bought 2 pairs and when I listened to them both I was shocked at how awful they sound ....Sadly only 2 youtube Reviewers at the time were telling the truth about the original SPACE one ....They were Flossy Carter And DMS so check their reviews . ....Now soundcore have released a New $199 Space One & I'm just going to be honest and say I couldn't care less . ....I lost faith in soundcore with the original SPACE ONE with all the lieing paid sponsered reviews by all the usual big channels . ....The only thing the original SPACE ONE does better than the Q35 or Q45 is ANC . ....I still stand by my Q35 and Q45 As very good sounding . ....I also tried the space A40 buds and oh my goodness they sounded awful too and I returned them the next day . @@DroidLocks6971 i feel you bro. My friend got the Space one for ANC and after trying those out, i thought may be this is what they are aiming for the sound signature in Space series. Definitely will try the Q45 when they launch in my country. For now they aren't available. All we have is Space one which costs as much as the Q35 at 85 usd equivalent. Got the Q20i for 40 USD. I think for the price, I will always keep the Q20i as they sound the same as Q35 in SBC mode and also in wired mode when the battery is off. ANC is also the same in both. The only difference is Q35 can also be used battery ON in wired mode which gives better clarity sound in my opinion due the in built EQ that I have set using the app. In Battery off wired mode, the EQ doesn't work and the soundstage is a bit narrow and sound gets warmer though details are the same. Note- I am NOT using ANC in wired mode though. In Q20i, plugging in the 3.5mm aux cable shuts them off and they can't be powered ON at all when wired.

@@DroidLocks6971 I dunno what's happening but powered of there is just loads and loads of bass and narrow sound stage using my android phone in wired mode. May be my phone is unable to drive these headphones properly so I turn it on and may be then they can be easily driven by the phone as the impedance may just go down or may be the active battery helps drive them at more power. Using LDAC consumes too muchh battery. In my phone I have found the sound quality as follows LDAC > Wired powered ON > Wireless AAC > Wireless SBC > Wired powered off.

If We Are Talking Bass Then Q35 Has Stronger Punchier Bass . The Q45 Do Have Good Bass Just Not.As Strong Bass As Q35 . I Feel The Q45 Has The More Refined Sound Over Q35 . People actually belef thanks to all the paid hype videos of space one that you can have all the features of the SONY XM5 in a headphone that is 1/4 the price and still get good sound ..... The Space one soundcore should be ashamed releasing the garbage tier sound in the space one.... the Q35 sounds is far better and only cost 10usd more....I bought 2 pair of space one when they came out and I could not believe how awful they sounded .... being a soundcore fan who feels the q35 and q45 sound better than Sony xm3 xm4 and xm5 I was in disbelief when I heard the awful sound of space one even with my custom eq settings they were awful sounding .... U can have the uapp player for 7.99$ or the poweramp to get the full bitrate tht ur phone can deliver especially on lg devices cz they contain the quad dac that most of devices don have it.
This may be a stupid question but what quality connection do you need for streaming good audio? From Spotify or UA-cam Music for example? Or is having this app and good codecs only useful when you're listening to music that's installed on your phone like mp3? Or do you need to have FLAC to have the best experience. I'm new to this so sorry if I'm asking stupid questions. :)
@@LionvandenBrand The better the codec the better the overall sound quality, no matter what file you are using I thought that sbc was enough since it reaches 320 kbps (limit where you can see the difference), but testing there is a difference mainly with LDAC

I have all 3 and have to ask just how loud are you listening. I'm Listening at most 1/2 volume with no issue hearing Q45 Q35 Q30 weather I listen wired or via Bluetooth.

ps. I've set my Q45 on LDAC sound priority (990 kbps /909 kbps). I've not problem whatsoever on sound dropping or cutting off. no Bluetooth re-pairing issue either as mentioned. But I do have to reinstall Soundcore apps when I got the Q45 bcos the old app from Q35 just couldn't detect my Q45 upon installation

I've been trying to find fairly priced over ear headphones that don't creak for ages. Even tried the Sony XM4s now they're reduced. Sound quality was superb but they creaked like an old galleon.
After seeing that the Q45s have metal hinges, I thought I'd give them a try. They certainly don't creakb too much which is great. The other thing that is worth mentioning is that they have been perfect from a firmware perspective. They work with the app without fault. This was not so with the XM4s or Sennheiser's M4s, both of which I've returned.
However, I struggle to fully enjoy the sound. Compared to the other two, they just sound flat. Even when setting the codec priority to sound quality. I appreciate that they are a different price league, but it was underwhelming. Even my Sennheiser MTW3 earbuds blow them out of the water. Modest over ear cans should sound a lot better than even premium buds.
I got the Q45s on offer and at the time of purchase, they were £80 and considerably cheaper than the Q35s. They are easier to wear for longer periods when working from home than earbuds too. So they do what I want them to.

Got 2 Q35 for my both nephew. As for myself for wireless, still using my reliable pxc550 gen 1. Doesn't like the gen 2 tho.
Tried some others wireless like XM4, bose 700, MTW4, airpod max, etc but still come back to my pxc550. Still waiting for its successor but not the gen2.
Using soundcore liberty 3 pro too and was impressed and thus got the 2 Q35 later on.

Great video bro, I would really appreciate if you reply to me, So i really don't care that much about anc but i would say that i do appreciate some level of noise cancelling if there is some.... but definitely not my most priority as i am a home listener, All i actually care about is sound quality, i want some good base with clear vocals and all that stuff you know. Yes the Q45 ANC Really Is Much Better As Is The Transparency Mode Of The Q45 Which Is Like Not Even Having Them On . The Q45s ldac has zero audio drop outs ever even when set to highest setting which is PRIORITY ON SOUND QUALITY unlike Q35 which will sometimes have Dropouts of audio when LDAC is Set to PRIORITY ON SOUND QUALITY . The Sound Of The Q35s Is More Impactful But The Q45 Are Very Enjoyable And I'm Glad To See SoundCore Giving Different Headphones Different Sound Profiles.
If it's the best sound quality and most impactful sound you want then Q35 all day eryday

I wear the Q45 for a long time without it hurting its just that you can tell the Q45 have less padding than the Q35 .

Q30 can really sound a lot better . I Use My small BTR3K Bluetooth Reciever and a short 3.5 aux cable which allows me to get LDAC Codec and the difference in audio this way is very noticeable. Thanks again
Also remember don't just take people's word but instead actually try for yourself . Sound is.subjective . I Use to think my WH1000xm3 were the.best Sounding until I really started listening to them and learning more about things . Now I only use my XM3 To sleep in to block noise . I even bought the.xm5 twice returning them both times much preferring the sound of my.Q35 and.Q45 . I love the Transparency Mode of Q45 and the smoother sound over the Q35 . The.Q35 sound can be more impactful but I Use and appreciate both Q35 And Q45 Both depending on what I'm Listening to . The Q45 anc is far better than Q30 or Q35 and the Transparency Sounds like im not even wearing The.Q45 . I like that soundcore is giving us different Sound profiles in their different Headphones . I just got the space 45s. In my opinion the q 35s sound way better The equalizer is not that good on the 45s hopefully they have an update where they can improve the base because I do like the build quality and comfort
Yes the sound of the Q35 is more impactful . If I'm watching a movie I'm reaching for my Q35 especially if I can listen wired powered off .
My perfect set would be build look transparency and of the q45 with the impactful Sound of Q35 .
Now if soundcore would give them a 2.5 balanced wired aux input connection they'd be even better . If they release Q35 and Q45 today with 2.5 balanced I'd buy them quick fast n a hurry .

Is there a difference in mics? Nothing major, but my current Infurture H1 headphones are perfect for comfort and sound for me, ANC is fine, but mic just sounds like I'm under water all the time so need something for quick calls or voice notes when I'm out, not necessarily work calls etc.

When It Comes To Bluetooth I Always Use The LDAC CODEC
My Q35 has The punchier Bass Over My Q45 .
My Q35 When Im Using LDAC Bluetooth codec does not want to stay at the PRIORITY ON AUDIO QUALITY setting which has a bit rate of between 909 To 990 but goes right back to the BEST EFFORT ADAPTIVE BIT RATE of The LDAC CODEC setting which does not even show a bit rate . So My Q35 Has An Issues Giving The Best Quality OF LDAC Codec Playback . This Bothers Me .
If I'm Listening Wired Then This Becomes A Non Issue With My Q35 .
If You're An IPhone User Then The LDAC Issue Isn't An Issue Since Iphone Only Supports the low bit rate codecs of AAC OR SBC .
I'm An Android User So The Q35 LDAC Codec Issue Bothers Me .
My Q45 When Using LDAC CODEC Once Set To PRIORITY ON SOUND QUALITY Never Switches Back To The Lowest Quality LDAC Setting But Stays ON THE HIGHEST 909 TO 990 BITRATE . This May Be Because The Q45 Uses Bluetooth 5.2 . I Think Q35 Uses Bluetooth 5.0 So Maybe That's Why Q35 Won't Stay ON The Highest LDAC Setting .

im between the Q30 and Q45. Mainly Classical music, Film Music and some jazz/rock. I dont like very clinical and harsh (in highs) sound nor extra bass. I like musical and balanced headphones. What woud you reccomend, taking into account the 40 e price difference. Thanks in advance!

Great video very Informative. When you say more refined sound on 45s does that mean that they have more clarity and are more suited for watching movies and UA-cam videos, hearing dialog etc? That's how I plan to use it. Don't mind to compromise a bit on bass if that's the case. Thanks
Yes it's a different sound profile to my ears at least . While the Q45 has less bass it still has strong bass just not as strong as Q35 . I'm more ofter taking my Q45 with me than my Q35 . I'm glad SoundCore are experimenting with different sound profiles . I enjoy the hell out of both Q35 and Q45 . When I a b listen between the 2 I can hear the difference . Now if SoundCore would give us a 2.5 balanced instead of 3.5 wired input these would both sound even better .
Another example is when I'm listening to Audio books i much prefer the Q45s Sound Over The Q35 . You really Have To A , B Compare Them To Get The Full Experience .

As for bass Both Have Enjoyable Bass to me but the Q35 hit harder . Nothing I've Done has made the.Q45 hit as hard as the.Q35 though .
When I listen back and forth between them I enjoy the smoother seemingly more refined sound of the Q45 .
If I'm watching a movie with a lot of explosions and rumble I'm reaching for my Q35 .
However on a daily basis I'm consistently listening to my Q45s more often than Q35 .

If you still think you should only have one pair after then send the other pair back .
Since Transparency/ANC is better on the Q45 they're my Outdoor headphones, and Q35s are more comfortable and have punchier bass so I prefer that for Indoor use (once I buy it in the future, I only have Q45 rn but I'm tired of its clamping force)

My Opinion of Q45 is a more refined sound over Q35 With a little less bass .... my only issue with Q35 is when using ldac codec I will set them to priority on sound quality and often it will revert right back to priority on connection with is a lower quality bit rate whereas the Q45 When set to priority on sound quality stay on this setting ....
@DroidLocks6971 I liked the Q35 but just want to get the Q45 since the price on sale is much tempting.
What I didn't like about Q35s is sometimes turning on LDAC gives no sound and also sometimes when turning off LDAC, it becomes SBC codec and then have to restart bluetooth to get the AAC codec. The SBC codec in my phone is giving issues with volume being too loud at lower settings also and doesn't increase after half.
The other qualm in Q35 is the build quality which gives creaking noise when on my head and if I move my jaws even a slight bit which can only be heard when there is no music. I am assuming the Q35s plastic won't last very long so I will just sell them and upgrade to Q45 at very minimal cost.

Hey buddy. I think I loved the Q35 much more and anything I do to the Q45 doesn't make them sound as fuller and full bodied in vocals and treble as the Q35.
The Q45 sounds nasally in vocals and even treble lacks body and sounds tinny. I was warned about it in the comments and still I went ahead to give it a try.
Using Poweramp, I could make the Q45 sounds better and am happy with them now. Still I think Q35 were better as they needed very less EQ to sound fantastic and soundcore decided to go back on the sound department from after Q35 onwards. I am wondering the reason.

After watch a tons of reviews of closed back headphones i ended between the DT770pro vs K371 vs M50x. At end i chose the M50x for a more fun sound.
BUT what about the Ankers Q35/45, they seems to be a great option for closed back too and can be used wired for the best sound quality (plus have ANC and Bluetooth).
Would you say they can sound as good as one " PRO " Headphone like the M50x? Most for EDM music, some movies and video editing.
ps: EQ is not a problem to me, i like to do it.

....What you've got to realize is there's no way your getting all the features of the SONY XM5 in a $99 soundcore space one without something suffering which in the case of the space one we get great features and crappy sound

On the one hand I'd prefer the best ANC but am afraid the clamp force of the q45 will be too much for me since I've got quite a large head (60 cm). I was also wondering how they both hold up in windy conditions since I'm going to use them on my bike. Have you tried it out?
Thanks you . I've never worn them while on a bike . For that I recommend shoks openrun or openrun pro which are bone conduction earphones . I'd buy both and check them out to see .

in the soundcore app click the settings gear in the top right corner .
Then click Sound mode .
Then click LDAC Audio On .
.... Also your Q35 You may need to turn LDAC On In The Bluetooth Settings For Your Q35 By Hitting the settings gear beside Q35 in Bluetooth connection .
I Do Not Know How Old Your Android Phone Is But My S10+ , TabS7+ , S21 Ultra And ZFold3 All Have LDAC Capability .
Also If You Type LDAC into the search bar on your phone you can go into the ldac settings and turn LDAC Audio Quality To The Highest Setting To Get The Best LDAC Audio Possible .
The Q35 With LDAC Sound So Much Better .

So I went to Developer Options on the phone (I knew it had LDAC before I bought it) and it seems that it wasn't set to LDAC. Set it to highest bitrate and it does seem to sound better but I usually only listen to BBC Sounds which is not hi-res. I will try a 24 bit album later. Thing is, the headphones were faulty (loud buzzing in one ear and muffled boomy sound) when I bought them but righted themselves after a few weeks so I never bothered with checking what bitrate I was getting because I was so frustrated with them and the hassle of dealing with customer services (who were quite good to be honest).
Still can't see a setting for codec/quality in the app though and firmware/app is up to date. Never mind. I'm getting the Q45's delivered today so will use those for "best" and the Q35's for the gym.
One more thing, is it possible to buy an LDAC (or any) bluetooth transmitter that sends audio from my PC USB to the headphones so I can listen wirelessly to my stuff on PC? I only have an ancient Yamaha 7.1 home cimema amp that is not wireless.

If your gaming with a wired set up either should be fine . If Bluetooth then I find the Q45 has a more stable connection.
Keep in mind when I'm Listening to Bluetooth Audio I'm using LDAC CODEC Set To PRIORITY ON SOUND QUALITY and with the Q45 I've never had audio drop outs but othen will have drop outs in audio with the Q35 with Same bluetooth Settings . I Thinks it's because Q45 is Bluetooth 5.2 and Q35 is Bluetooth 4.2 . . .
I'm not a huge gamer so music and movies is my experience with Q35 And Q45 .
The Q35 Has A Beefier Sound Especially In The Bass
The Q45 Has Good Bass And A More Refined Sound .
I Don't Know How To Explain The Difference It Is Just My Own Personal experience and I enjoy them both .
The Q45 has the better anc and awesome Transparency Mode unlike the Q35 by comparison .
Also if your using either set Wired Be Sure to power them off or the audio will suffer .

Can you explain more why you don't recommend using Q35 and Q45 wired with ANC turned on? Do they sound worse than wireless ANC mode or just no so good as wired powered off? Do they have static noise or buzzing sound etc. while wired with ANC turned on or in other modes?
Basically because the audio will suffer quite Noticeably .
When your listening wired it's to get the absolute best audio possible and not to block outside noise .
When you listen wired and powered on I think the electronics in the headphones and the power going through the wire conflict with each other making for a terrible audio experience .
Try it for yourself and see .
If you're going to use anc then just use the Bluetooth signal of the Q35 / Q45 .

Yes but to my knowledge you'll have to get Q45 earcups from soundcore directly .

Hey sir the q35 have like sound lagging when ldac is set to sound quality
Here lately when I use Q35 witg ldac set to priority on sound quality it goes right back to the ADAPTIVE BITRATE setting. The sound doesn't lag in my Q35 though . When I set Q45 ldac to priority on sound it stays in that setting . Q35 is Bluetooth 5.0 and Q45 is Bluetooth 5.2 or 5.3

@hotheadedguy9108 with Q45 I go into LDAC SETTINGS And set it to PRIORITY ON SOU D QUALITY Which is 909 to 990 nitrate but you'll have to have an android device as iPhone only supports the low quality aac sbc codecs

You have to turn developer options on then type LDAC into your phones search bar and it will take you to ldac settings .

I got both the Q20i and the Q35. Both pack the same punch in bass. Q35 have slightly better mids and soundstage but its like 5% or less noticeable and may be because their cups are bigger and sit a bit farther from head.
Q35 sound much better with LDAC but the bass totally goes out. So i hardly use the LDAC mode. Connection with my phone in LDAC mode is stable so far.
Q45s are expensive and i don't like the Space One so may be i won't like the Q45 since they are also in Space series.

....I have the Q45 and I can attest to them sounding night and day difference better than the original SPACE ONE That are $99 .

@@DroidLocks6971 i feel you bro. My friend got the Space one for ANC and after trying those out, i thought may be this is what they are aiming for the sound signature in Space series.
Definitely will try the Q45 when they launch in my country. For now they aren't available. All we have is Space one which costs as much as the Q35 at 85 usd equivalent. Got the Q20i for 40 USD. I think for the price, I will always keep the Q20i as they sound the same as Q35 in SBC mode and also in wired mode when the battery is off. ANC is also the same in both.
The only difference is Q35 can also be used battery ON in wired mode which gives better clarity sound in my opinion due the in built EQ that I have set using the app. In Battery off wired mode, the EQ doesn't work and the soundstage is a bit narrow and sound gets warmer though details are the same. Note- I am NOT using ANC in wired mode though.
In Q20i, plugging in the 3.5mm aux cable shuts them off and they can't be powered ON at all when wired.

@@DroidLocks6971 I dunno what's happening but powered of there is just loads and loads of bass and narrow sound stage using my android phone in wired mode. May be my phone is unable to drive these headphones properly so I turn it on and may be then they can be easily driven by the phone as the impedance may just go down or may be the active battery helps drive them at more power.
Using LDAC consumes too muchh battery. In my phone I have found the sound quality as follows LDAC > Wired powered ON > Wireless AAC > Wireless SBC > Wired powered off.

I encourage you to check out the DMS and FLOSSY CARTER video reviews of the SPACE ONE .... People actually belef thanks to all the paid hype videos of space one that you can have all the features of the SONY XM5 in a headphone that is 1/4 the price and still get good sound ..... The Space one soundcore should be ashamed releasing the garbage tier sound in the space one.... the Q35 sounds is far better and only cost 10usd more....I bought 2 pair of space one when they came out and I could not believe how awful they sounded .... being a soundcore fan who feels the q35 and q45 sound better than Sony xm3 xm4 and xm5 I was in disbelief when I heard the awful sound of space one even with my custom eq settings they were awful sounding .... I think the sonoflow would have very up front mids, vocals, instead of that atmospheric surround sound, let me know if you ever hear them too

U can have the uapp player for 7.99$ or the poweramp to get the full bitrate tht ur phone can deliver especially on lg devices cz they contain the quad dac that most of devices don have it.

This may be a stupid question but what quality connection do you need for streaming good audio? From Spotify or UA-cam Music for example? Or is having this app and good codecs only useful when you're listening to music that's installed on your phone like mp3? Or do you need to have FLAC to have the best experience. I'm new to this so sorry if I'm asking stupid questions. :)

I thought that sbc was enough since it reaches 320 kbps (limit where you can see the difference), but testing there is a difference mainly with LDAC

I have all 3 and have to ask just how loud are you listening. I'm Listening at most 1/2 volume with no issue hearing Q45 Q35 Q30 weather I listen wired or via Bluetooth.
