- I asked my followers on Instagram for ideas for a live stream and ended up making a beat without using external samples. I made a bit of music and flipped it up on the MPC XSE. It came out pretty decent but showing you the process is still a valuable thing.
Posting this mainly to challenge myself since I've been taken myself way too seriously lately.
Fixed the missing “L” in the thumbnail from the phone!
Came out great!
So, I produce a completely different kind of music, but I found your workflow interesting, the way you experiment and approach music, and in any case I would steal some of the machines you use 😂
Thank you!
Yeah, I think keeping an open mind and exploring is the heart of it all. Without that, I wouldn’t be able to make anything :)
Thanks for watching!
hey your face is back im glad to see it
The track was starting to rock!
Sometimes, we have to work with the materials we're given. It gets down to what we do with them. I just finished a piece using what I would have ordinarily considered an almost unusable sample. I ended up using it as fodder for making a couple of wavetables and also used it in a granular synth. The resulting "instruments" were really playable. In the end, I was also able to use the original sample as part of the finished product as well. The final output was nothing like I had "planned" on going in, but I ended up with a really powerful music video that'll be released in a couple of weeks. Just took a little outside the box thinking, and letting the source material take me where it needed to go as opposed to where I thought I wanted it to go.
That’s the spirit!
I love sticking with a concept and just keep tweaking things until it finally works. This session of mine wasn’t the best example of that but at the end of the day I still made a piece of music that I don’t hate.
Thanks for adding your process here. I appreciate that!
0:51 something super simple - plays like Mozart 😂
That beat turned out nice!
Lol thats simple. I have been learning to play piano and that’s the exact noodeling I do
I liked how you mangled you're own sample. Kind of experimental and chill beat to me!
Awesome space!
Samping ?
Nice one!
It need a guitar (acustic or electric) Riff!. I like your videos. Saludos desde Argentina!.
im a samp for samping
Enjoyed. Cool stuff. I know you didn’t want to start with a sample… but sometimes I like to jam against a sample first just for inspiration… the rest of the process is just what you did.
Yeah, you’re 100% right.
I’ve made a lot of sample heavy stuff lately so this was definitely a challenge this time around. I’ll never stop using samples though, it’s just too much fun!
Thank for watching
Sago Accurate 👏👏👏👏
Sago Sago 😂

I want to buy all the products you advertise. 😊
@@artisans8521 Accurate's videos are nothing more than glorified ads.
@@komicsreviewer8505that’s how the beat making / YT producers make money tho. I would do the same if I could make a living off of it
