Its a draw because magnus offered it and it was accepted. Either player at anytime can offer a draw. It really only happens when you are in an unwinnable end game (king vs king type end game) but it can technically happen at anytime

@@liahsl5109 when i say magnus offered a draw, i mean he litterally asked "can this game end right now in a draw." Magnus needed to go to the bathroom so he wanted the game to end. In the international tournaments they don't actually say it because the room has to remain silent and I'm not exactly sure how the communicate the information but basically magnus wanted to go to the bathroom. I hope that made sense

The knight move is nothing in particular. The offer to draw was issued verbally, though fairly quiet as chess tournaments tend to be.
In tournament chess to offer a draw you must make a move, then verbally offer a draw before pressing the button (while your time is still ticking). The opponent can then either accept verbally, typically followed by a handshake, or by offering their hand for the handshake. The opponent can decline verbally, or by simply making a move.
After a game ends (in a win/loss, stalemate, or offered draw), the kings are typically moved to the center 4 squares of the board. If both kings are on the black center squares, that indicates black won. White squares indicates white won. One on each indicates a tie/draw.
The other pieces are typically reset by the players with the kings left in the middle. The kings in the middle makes it easy for tournament organizers to glance at the board and see the game result.
