    Brain fog is one of the most annoying things. You have my sympathy. I can't imagine how hard it must be to be pleasant when your joints hurt. I had a rare reaction to an antihistamine years ago and it caused a low grade fever and joint pain for about a month. I was cranky and miserable. Doctors couldn't figure out the cause. Tested me for everything. I stopped the antihistamine, naturally as allergy season ended, and symptoms subsided. A year later, I took the same antihistamine for 2 days and wham...joint pain. That's when it clicked. I stopped it and it never returned. God bless you for having a smile and persevering with joy.

    I recently heard about DNRS, I’m seeing people who went through all this lyme detox mold detox,Completely healing just by changing the neural pathways of their brain. Interesting to me because I’ve had fibromyalgia CFS and other issues. It’s amazing if you look at the success stories.It’s all about healing the nervous system and once the nervous system is healed all of these issues heal themselves. Also Gupta method people love that one too.People are going from two foods or just lion diet to expanding into all types of foods of course healthy but able to tolerate things gut symptoms disappear I’m still researching it all but I’ve never been so excited.

    Cameron, I'm really sorry you have been going through a relapse since coming home. I think maybe God is using you to teach us about toxic food etc, and to remind us how to suffer well. Thank you. I wish I could do carnivore but due to gallbladder issues, I've had to stick to fairly lean protein and keto vegetables. Even just doing that has made a huge difference in how I feel and my weight. You have been a huge inspiration for me. I'm going to slowly switch over to a more meat based diet now that winter is coming (I won't be as tempted with fresh fruits and veggies that are in season now). I also got a little sun without sunscreen this year, thanks to your recent chat with your friend.... and I had a beautiful glowing tan and didn't burn for the first time since I was a kid! Everyone saying I look healthier. Totally amazed me. Nice surprise. FYI Christine Watkins is making a book about healing herbs from Catholic perspective. I believe Alvaro from Uniquely Mary also did a recent video on Hildegard von Bingen and her insight on food and healing. Are you able to eat herbs? I bet there's something out there that might help you.

    How's Florida been for you then, healthwise - compared to Steubenville ? What about going back to Europe, is that on the list of possibilities ?
    And then, would you say you are doing better overall as compared to before Europe? What about meds, have you been back on many, other than the one you mentionned ?

    Glad you are feeling better. I appreciate you ana Matt. Your amazing guests. So sorry. You suffering. Only Catholics get the offer it up! You are great inspiration. I do have to apologize for a not so kind comment. It's my envy. Lord really working on me with this. I on good days can barely wash my face. I live in great poverty. Can not even afford a car. Or Uber. So unable to do anything. I try eating better but it's so expensive. My diet consists of eggs or canned foods. It's cheap. I can not afford supplements. Sometimes not even toilet paper.
    I was so envious. Your ability to vacation 6 months in Europe. Move to Florida. I get inspired from you. But find myself so jealous bitter. I hate that feeling. I know Jesus hates it
    Yet. I listen to you talk about Carnivore. Chiropractor. Your teeth beautiful. Matt asked for money on his last podcast from Florida. I got angry. I do know how you suffer. It's terrible difficult. There so many of us with chronic illness. Alone and in poverty. My own parish priest would not even know my name despite 8 yrs. I am a no body. I realize Jesus loves me. We all have different crosses.
    Just wanted to apologize. 🙏. For your healing

      I have found ginger in any form and PQQ lozenge (Seeking Health) help me tremendously- right away before the pain takes hold. Also, I take their prenatal that has both ginger and pqq in it and has curtailed my migraines to about 1 every 6 weeks. Then I take a lot of omega 3s (I don’t use any seed oils in the first place.) increasing salt is also very helpful- so salt upon waking and electrolytes (I like LMNT) magneisum and riboflavin- I don’t make anything off this and it’s not medical advice- but I hope you feel better!

    • @KDolch
      @KDolch Місяць тому +1

      @@TN-bi9qf Thanks so much, Cameron. Do you take the lozenge daily or only when you get a headache? I do have ginger tablets, but wasn’t sure if they were helping. I have two scoops of unflavored Redmond electrolytes daily and also take additional magnesium and riboflavin. I’ll definitely look into the lozenges and vitamins.

    • @TN-bi9qf
      @TN-bi9qf Місяць тому

      I only take the pqq when I feel the first inkling like I will get a migraine. Otherwise, there is a little pqq in the prenatal. Most everything helps before the migraine hits- once it hits I have to take everything and then sometimes a Benadryl and ibuprofen is necessary. Sometimes even an Ativan so that I can fall asleep and pass some of the time- but now it’s only every 6 weeks and only one day long instead of 3 day long migraines. I also find a green tea (matcha) can help- probably the antioxidants- but again- before it really hits. Also, this isn’t Cameron- just a fellow migrainuer.

    How many mg/mls of LDN did you start with? I was also put on LDN by Dr. Phil Boyle almost 17 years ago, and I had no issues with it back then. Fast forward to the present, I have Crohns Colitis and Psoriatic arthritis!!! I just started it a few weeks ago. I started with 1ml, but within a week, I started not feeling well. I pulled back to 1/2 a ml and feel fine now. I am hoping to gradually increase it every few weeks to 4.5mg.
    Unfortunately, I am on a conventional drug or get extremely ill. I am praying that eventually, with LDN I will be able to stop the pharma drugs!! I am also Paleo, which is a nightmare to find ingredients in Ireland.😔
    God bless you, Cameron🙏❤️

    Hi Cameron, something I've heard of but haven't used myself, hydrogen by inhalation and also infused into water to drink. Maybe you've tried this already. A youtube channel - Sarah Kleiner Wellness - her daughter developed autoimmune conditions on top of autism & they have had good results with hydrogen therapy (combined with keto & light & red light) for the autoimmune stuff, no pharma as it wasn't available to them. Might not be useful but might be worth a look. God bless.

    Oh Cameron, I'm sorry to hear the problems came back after returning from Europe. It sounds like whatever adaptations your body had to the toxins in your American environment, those 'relaxed'/disappeared when absent from those toxins in Europe? Then returning to the presence of toxins, they hit you full force without the protections of those adaptations your body was no longer shielding itself with? Ugh. I'm outside the US but feel like I've heard that story so many times -- people try to do things the same in the US as outside, but their health gets worse in the US. Is there any chance there's something wrong with your water system? I guess you're exploring what you can.
    I pray that by God's grace and persevering with carnivore, your body is strengthened to return to good health again. Hopefully this is a temporary setback from the environment shift.

    I pray you find the next step. Please know that carvivore suppresses insulin, and that biochemically raises cortisol, adrenaline, and noradrenaline. It makes you feel better because those are anti-inflammatory, but you burn those hormones out from overuse and get worse in the long run without understanding why. Your body reads no carbs as starvation- very stressful- and has to break down your body to get glucose. This is a really hard journey, I know. Please use the willingness to cut carbs as a litmus test that a fixture does not know how to heal you. You need a diet that helps you rebuild, not breaks you down. God bless.

      Not actually friends w/ Johnathan, just meet him, but would be happy to be his friend. Stuebenville is actually a very low cost living area. We lived in Europe, but worked and lived cheaply. Unfortunately our university professor Friends all have to have side jobs b/c they don't make much $. Yes I do homeschool and have made many scarifies to do it. (Only 1 car, in past only ate beans/rice, only shopped at thrift stores, was on WIC) Our house is not on a beach, but grateful I can drive there in an hour. I've never smoked a cigar and don't drink alcohol. I understand there are many catholics in poverty, we actually did live under the poverty line for many years. I'm sorry if you feel I come off as a "private club", I try to share honestly and don't want to make anyone feel bad or lesser. I'm gratefully my husband has worked hard and we are in a better place financially, but I think you are making many false assumptions here.
