EGG ROLLS BUT WITH THE MEATS ( BEEF CHICKEN)

This is not a complex recipe, it’s just that I used chicken as my holding or molding agent( store was out of lamb and I didn’t want to use flour or cornstarch) and yes, the ingredients are:
Three eggs
1.5lbs of beef
0.5lbs of minced chicken
All the spices were 1/4tsp to 3.5mL
Garlic powder
Italian herbs
Black pepper
White pepper
Cayenne
Jamaican pimiento
Parmesan cheese ( that’s between you and your God)
2 spring onions
Cilantro
Parsley
Pinch of salt
Fold the mixture with your hands
Hard boil your eggs
So I made the egg rolls , one in the air fryer 350 for 20 minutes rotate in both sides, I oven baked another for 20 minutes at 350 then I deep fried but with deep frying. I had to make sure it doesn’t burn so I was literally rolling it every two minutes, but yeah.
