For all it's flaws, Brandon is right - "You keep thinking about it, because the world feels so alive..."

I've been reading this series for more years than I can remember, every year I eagerly waited for the next book to be released.
The final book was an awesome read. I feel sad that the series has finally come to an end. There will never be another series like the wheel of time.

Like Dr. Doofensmirtz said "There really is no beard like 19th century beard, Perry the platypus" And that's a beard worthy of the 19th century..

And nothing to do in this video.
He's alive, yet never has been able to finish only a trilogy...
He's not an author any longer.

That was a great final scene. After Moridin killed Rand, and then Cenn burst in, muttering about good old Two Rivers' straw roofs. Emotional stuff.

In 11 hours the book stores in my time zone open and by noon I'll be out there to make sure that I have myself a copy. Thank you to Tor, Brandon Sanderson, Team Jordan, and most importantly Harriet for helping to bring a conclusion to RJ's masterpiece. My one regret in life is that I never got to meet him and thank him for his hard work.

''When you put it down you keep thinking about it, cause everything was so alive''
    That's exactly how it feels....:D
This series may one day become a memory, then fade into legend and into myth, but that myth will never be forgotten....

Unfortunately, I was unable to get tomorrow off, however, I did have my pre-order shipped to my job, so I will not be taking lunch until it gets there. I've been reading WoT since I was in Jr High. I'm so excited to see the end. But sad as well. Tai'Shar Charleston.

I finished reading AMoL two days ago, and it was everything I had hoped it would be. Thank you so much, Mr. Jordan and Mr. Sanderson, for writing and completing these books. I started them as a child, and now that I am an adult, I have finally finished them.

I still need to try to re read these books. I got to The Shadow Rising in highschool, but didn't continue. I did enjoy the books but they didn't really grab me the way they did my stepdad did. He was who got me to read them. I am a much larger fan of Terry Goodkind's work. But still The Wheel Of Time is still good. Hoping to finish the series after my current reading project. I really did connect with and like Perrin. He was my favorite character.

***** good series, Then their are the nuts and fruit cakes that take the books to seriously and even created a small religion around it.. But not surprised t, then their are Tolkien , harry potter, forgotten realms and Jedi religions out their after all. But it does reveal the lack of creatively of crazy people.

i got to see him at borders in santa cruz california. he was smart, witty, and casually friendly. everything you would expect. one thing i remember him saying "i will allow you to take pictures with me. but i have one rule: no male nudity!" everybody laughed of course.

And not written a word in years, unable to finish even a simple trilogy.
He's a twitch streamer now, now longer an author, hasn't been for years.
Yet his ego.... I don't get why he still gets invited to various comicons.

The travesty of the Amazon tv series really makes this video kind of heartbreaking. Let's hope that someday a truly faithful adaptation is put to screen, regardless of how expansive of a show it might take to get a proper telling of the weave. How anyone can have such a gargantuan amount of source material and yet consciously choose to make (staggeringly) unnecessary changes in the very first episode of the current tv series is baffling to me. Read the books, then read them again and again to fully understand the scope of this work and why it is one of the greatest in literature history.

I felt the ending should have been more...Extensive...about what happened after. Like a time-skip perhaps. Other than that, the book was everything I wanted it to be.
