Can't believe I'm about to rewatch the same video for the third time

you could say the first one is the full video and the others have additional dlc
I love when Josh talks over Asmon talking over Josh, it's a beautiful symphony
the best part
It's like a conversation sandwich!
Now we need asmon talks over josh talks over asmon talks over josh etc.
This made the video unfortunately hard to watch and I watched the whole previous incident (4 hours or whatever it was).
@@1IGG he knows admin pauses a lot this saves it from being ten hours. Teach your brain to handle more tasks
He legit watched the entire thing without getting rid of that cookie notice. Absolute madman.
I have done this for years ,makes my wife sick to her stomach.
Did you notice when he put a custom overlay on top of it saying he didn't want cookies but keeping it open

I'm being serious, we NEED a podcast with Asmon and Josh. It has to happen.
He's been a guest on Allcraft about 6 months ago.
No we don't nor do we want it, I like actual content not commenting.

Well since Rich is no more maybe we can get Josh as co host
@@Lord_Pesus wait what happened?
I hope asmon reacts to this just for the hair compliment because it'll make him so happy.
Edit: also for the cuddles lmfao
probably would happen if someone clips it and post it on reddit since i doubt our boi would sit 1 hour to find it lmao
If he does i hope josh reacts back causing him to react back.
also the kiss.
@@drwilyecoyote5357 REACTCEPTION
@@chadhardt6136 I’ve skipped already as I watched the whole first video. I value JSH’s opinions more than AMG. So I missed the compliment.
Josh reading two chats after hijacking Asmon's chair is now the new twitch meta
I love watching the original and then skipping a level and watching the reaction of the reaction....it just saves a lot of time.
That's the new meta. ;)
I love the new meta (not the company)
If you really want to be efficient you only watch the last level of reaction of reaction, the hard part is that you never really know when it will stop.
I personally enjoy rewatching it for whatever reason.
Ive been trapped because I watched the original on the day it released... then the asmon react came out. Watched that... now this is out, and I'm sitting here watching it like a damn savage
This honestly had some of my favorite Josh moments ever.
"Zepla, get online react to me reacting to asmon."
"Sit in his chair? Allright!"
"Where's my cookie? ...He read your chat banner."
*the kiss recoil*
This stream was almost good enough for main monitor content.
Gone are the days when I would get excited about asmon reacting to a jsh video. Now when I see him reacting I can only think of how GLORIOUS it will be when JSH reacts to Asmon reacting to JSH. Yes. These are truly the times of legend.
Your comment made me realize JSH is just Josh without vowels...
I saw asmon had reacted to this and decided to wait and just watch Josh react to his reaction
A ‘react’ to a ‘react’ to a ‘react’. It’s one of Josh’s specialties. 😁
"The game didn't have to do that." A phrase I used talking about Nier Automata regularly because they were doing things they didn't have to do in order to make the experience better, feel better.
I love how when asmon gave the idea of unlocking all battlepass tiers at the end of the season, meaning you could progress through it before season ends if you wanted to, people in the comments went "???? WHY PLAY THEN?" Current gamer brain has been so twisted and corrupted that the sheer thought of playing the game purely for fun is an alien concept to them.
Oh yes. This is where the fun begins
Bro the React-ception is the best way I could have started this year. I love these two and how open they are to just promoting each others work
"Judas get better songs in Jesus Christ Superstar so I'm alright with being Judas" is the most theater-kid thing I've ever heard
I just realized WHY exactly I love your videos so much
You remind me A LOT of TotalBiscuit, in basically every way, and he was by far my favourite youtuber so much. Thanks for keeping the pro consumer journalism alive, you are a gift for this community
such a dead youtuber, hasn't uploaded in ages. i rather be reminded of people who still upload from that era like angry joe
@@7991rellik Then he should've hired a necromancer and thought of that beforehand. There's also plenty of spirit guides and people who can carry on the will of the dead, but he didn't, so he's a dead youtuber.
@@xbon1why you so full of hate. He said "was".
you could've interpreted that as "was and no longer." And then leave it at that.
But you didn't, because you're a douchebag.
missed you Josh!
i love watching the original video, then Asmongold reaction to it and now this! 3 hrs worth of content. Thanks Josh.
The answer to this is simple! Like, incredibly simple, too.
Horse Armor and Todd Howard is what went wrong with gaming. Horse Armor was the first in-game microtransaction ever, and it was Todd Howard's brainchild.
Everything else that has gone wrong with the game industry can be tracked back to this.
@@SouthernGuy5423 not true entirely but yes it didn't help in the long run
@@dylansinyamom Sadly, though I've certainly oversimplified, it is 100% true.
Horse armor was the beginning of the end, and its absolutely Todd Howard's fault, as it was his brainchild.
You might argue that someone else would have done microtransactions eventually, and you'd probably be correct, but in the end Todd Howard is still the one responsible for it.
Which, in my opinion, makes Todd Howard evil and a traitor to all gamers, everywhere.
hahaha I love this content, Asmon's little smile as he looked over and saw you live reacting to him live reacting to a video you made on the youtubes
The cookies confirmation box at the top, josh being much lower volume than asmon, ah yes this is a scuffed josh stream alright
I think too, that in the beginning the developer community was very niche, outsiders of outsiders, and the game "companies" as they existed and were being created/started growing, reflected that. Making games was a business sure, but they were not taken seriously like the rest of the programming community/business world. The programmers then weren't also professional business people/have a lot of access to traditional business professionals. They just weren't taken very seriously. Contrast that with the developers community today. Mainstream multinational business ventures worth hundreds of millions or billions of dollars. They have entire orbits of business/marketing/legal professionals around them all the time. Because making games isn't some niche business kinda tolerated because they bring in a few bucks. Making games is Big Business. Ask Activision or EA.
I'm really happy to see this talked about more and more.
I'll watch the original, the reaction and the reaction to the reaction... whatever it takes to push it out there for more to see.
As Asmond said, we need to take some personal responsibility. Like anything else in life, we might not be to blame for the world we live in now, but the responsibility for changing it lays on us.
Because no one is going to do it for us.
55:30 awesome! my god man lets get more of this!!!
I was on holiday for the OG video & Asmon's reaction, so jumping in at pt 3 of the chain seemed like the best place to start 😅
now for Callum and Josh reacting to your reaction to Asmongold reacting to you, then the circle is complete
brilliant contrast. great work mate! you had me laughing several times
Fantastic video. Not only was Josh reacting to Asmon but joshs chat was reacting to asmons chat.
It's worth pointing out that the Pokemon trading card game also probably pushed a lot of problems into the gaming space; you buy a chance at good cards in a booster pack. This primed a lot of kids for lootboxes. The difference, though, was that back then you could take the cards you had, and trade them with someone else for cards you didn't have. Also because it was a technology your mother understood, she was an effective barrier against overspending. And you received something that was physically real. The same system went digital, but with provisos that you can't trade what you get in a pack, or can't sell them.
I remember as a kid, I bought yugioh cards. I didn't enjoy the game, so I sold them to my friends for chocolate and stuff. Effectively recouping value when I stopped playing. With online systems, you don't have that ability (unless you sell an account, which is usually prohibited by terms and conditions)
Magic: The Gathering did that before Pokemon, but you are right. The TCG model is one early example of lootboxes. Transferring that system into digital was a no brainer - except leaving out the part where you can actually trade... Whoever came up with that idea was evil incarnate and I love how they masked it all behind "it's to prevent abuse from multiple accounts and/or for your own saftey". As valid as those reasons are, and they are, they can't justify the unhindered greed it unleashed upon the gaming world.
@stryfer1989 I wasn't aware Magic was older than Pokemon, so thank you for that context and your additional thoughts :) you're right, evil incarnate indeed!
@@charliecharliewhiskey9403 magic is 30 or so, they released $1000 proxies (60 fake cards) to celebrate, asmon reacted to the profs video on that, wotc/hasbro made $1B last year off magic, its only going to get worse.
@@charliecharliewhiskey9403 Yes, MTG is recognized as the oldest Trading Card Game (coming out in 1993). There were cardgames before, and trading cards, and even cardgames played with trading cards, but MTG was the first with an official defined ruleset for (semi-)randomly drafted licensed cards, which also enabled the tactic of "buy more to get a competitive advantage" as a business practice.
I bought football stickers before these card games even existed but the principle still applied. You wanted to collect all the stickers to complete your sticker album, so you inevitably end up with loads of duplicates. Difference was stickers were 20p a pack and you could trade with friends.
I think we can have Josh-Asmon Allcraft like show since Allcraft is basically dead now
3rd time ive watched the original video haha.
Original uploaded,
Asmon's reaction and now this.
Unironiclly a great video.
Josh:"Now that was my Oblivion character, you made "that"."
Ngl, I really enjoy your back'n'forth reaction videos with Asmon. That's some prime quality second-monitor content XD
Im getting flashbacks to previous reacting to reacting video
i just clicked on this video, haven't started watching it yet but I'm already having flashbacks to...the loop...
This makes me want to watch a streamer reacting to a second streamer, who is reacting to a third streamer, who is reacting to the first streamer, and then just let chaos ensue
All with voices so similar that you can't tell them apart.
Josh is a top level entertainer.
love the react to the react videos, lot of fun :)
The terminology point is a huge one and it really is the biggest tell of how much the industry has changed.
Customers are now called consumers, implying that our default state is to lap up whatever is served to us.
Players are now called users, which at best is an unfortunate coincidence that makes it sound like corporations are trying to turn their customers into dopamine addicts. At worst, it's just the truth.
It's not called "core gameplay" by designers anymore, it's called the "game loop", because you're supposed to get stuck in it forever and never play any other games.
Normal retail video games that aren't designed for live services are now called "premium boxed titles" by games companies. Implying that you're getting something special and top-shelf by paying your flat $60/$70 fee for a game that's (supposedly) complete when you buy it.
blacks book of law terminologu is all
I worked in a mobile game developer and they used to call the part of the game where you actually played the "mini-game". I found this infuriating, showed where their focus was.
Tried to listen to this falling asleep but the absolute madness of different voices in the beginning made me all messed lol
great video, will watch again later
Josh is the master of secondary level of react to reacting.
This truly is prime first monitor content! Especially since I've already watched the video earlier.
Other people have said it in the comments but Josh should be Rich’s replacement on Allcraft. Bring Teccy and Emi in on it and make it noodlecraft, but we gotta have Josh.
Great content..on the 2nd screen ofc 😊
You found the holy grail. Asmon should make reaction to this.
Also i appriciate how you talk on asmon talk.
This is great! I hope Asmon does a video reaction to this lol... :)
so many joshies talking at the same time. this is the metaverse
Very entertaining to watch you to co host a stream with Asmon. It is a shame that you didn't spend most of it as a devil on his shoulder. Potential comedy gold. Good to see you back.
Omg, don't tell me I fell asleep before this?!?!
1:09:10, MapleStory doesn't quite have insurance for missing days, but during events it does let you buy stamps for missed days. They're a little over $3USD worth of NX each, if I recall correctly.
yes this is the content i've been waiting for
Now we need a complete react-inception, where Josh reacts to real-time stream of Asmon reacting to real-time stream of Josh.
Josh reacting to Asmon reacting to him is literally one of my favorite things to watch ever.
JSH: "You think you can farm me? I farm you right back, Asmon!" A TeraChad move!
This is my all time favorite content
Can't wait for the reaction of the reaction of the reaction
Good on you josh for reacting to the reaction good idea
At the time, growing up playing those DOS and Windows games in the 90s they were amazing. Dune 2, Decent, Doom, Doom 2, Quake, Unreal tournament, Duke Nukem 3d, Star Control 2, Hexen. So many.
You both really should sit down and play a variety of 90s classics again.
These two should have allcraft done together.
This was genuinely funny, good content 👍
30:21 omg i cant LOL 😂😂
Lovely stuff
Finally another of these big brain videos where we watch Josh reacting to Asmon reacting to Josh
i watched this video 3 times by now . with Asmon, in your channel and now with you and Asmon xD i love it
the kiss made my day fr lmfao
No horse was harmed during the making of this video.
The second asmon realised he was being watched live and then he couldnt stop looking over
Now we just need Asmongold to react to this
And for Josh to react to that
And for Asmongold to react to that
And for Josh to react to Asmongold reacting to his reaction of Asmongold's reaction
And so on...
We need a world record set.
Reaction-inception
@@npcknuckles5887 They need to beat the curretn record set by crendor and jessie cox; I think it was 7 each?
by the fifth iteration the video will be several days long
Jesse Cox and Crendor did that last year. It went on for ages.
I can't believe Josh conned me into watching this video twice
Here we are on youtube watching josh on twich react to asmon on twitch reacting to Josh's youtube video. We have come full circle.
You guys should keep going and reacting to the react video so there are 200 versions of you on the screen
Now we need the reaction of this reaction reacting to his reaction.
Full cycle
"#shorts" i missed this humour
Josh is just grinding that youtube content bros
Getting people to bother friends for energy does add a social aspect (minimal though it is) which for some people is a benefit
This single video thought me a lot on how I've been a user instead of a player. And overall understanding about the concept of putting the "Player's first" instead of Monetizations... (they're a business, yes. But some are simply solely focus on getting themselves paid first, instead of the gameplay.)
1:15:13
I love how the gameplay of the Horse back boss flowed right into the end of the video of blaming the stupid horse.
The Facebook segment is actually older than Facebook, but I guess it's just the more prominent example. Especially in the German online space Browsergames were huge. I alone played:
Bitefight (RPG)
Gladiatus (RPG)
OGame (Strategy)
Travian (Strategy)
Ikariam (Strategy)
Die Stämme/Tribal Wars (Strategy)
and Grepolis (Strategy)
somewhat regularly. They mostly didn't have a "Stamina" system, but you had to usually wait hours for your progress to finish. Be it a quest in the RPGs, upgrades in either of those, or waiting for resources/recruitment in the strategy games. Together with the "pay to skip" button of course.
Ah, Vampire Survivors
A man of culture is see 🧐
I watched the original, I watched Asmon react and now I watch this
this is the best reaction cycle if asmond reacts to josh reacted to asmond react to josh
“Look at Asmon”s hair, the volume is good right now he prepared!”
with this one I've completed the trifecta; watched asmon reaction, original video and now the reaction to asmon watching the original video.
Im surprised this isnt a 3 hour video. but hey ill take it!
I'll always watch the Josh reacts to Asmon reacts.
3000 hours in deep rock galactic got me beggind for more
JSH mentions that dynamic pricing already exists in games. Does anyone know of an example?
I just got home from work. Give me a few hours of josh commenting on asmon, and its all gonna be fine. What a day, dude. What. A. Fcking day.
And Josh is just like asmon watchers who just writes TRUE the whole time he talks
I love it
How many hours can we be trap into this time?
I love watching these when im high because with whats basically 3 other people speaking, it feels like im actually smoking with friends and not just being a loner playing fallout 4 by myself!
Why is Josh upset that asmond didn't bring him a cookie? He put on the top of the screen that he doesn't want cookies.
41:23 - Josh Troy FaZe, lol.
Best react so far
56:20 he said the line! Makes watching this right after Asmon's vid totally worth it.
if I watch this, this would be my 3rd time watching the same video XD
Oh no, another reaction incident
i cant believe ive watched this video 3 times
That one hair though
The best battle pass system I’ve seen is in Deep Rock Galactic. The pass is free and after the season, every cosmetic is added to the drop pool from events. So you never miss anything permanently.
