@@SirTools thank you for your reply, eliminating my crosscut sled is exactly what I'm trying to do. As long as I'm aware of any deflection, I can stop it, thanks.
I have one coming from VEVOR tools in the UK. On the top of the stop is adjustable 'bumper'. what is that for? Trying to think of a purpose, the only thing i can think is you move the stop to the front for some reason? Great video by the way, Thanks. Kevin
I'll have to take a look at it. Next month we will be selling for VEVOR tools ! Yeah, just signed a deal this week for doing all their tools etc. Should get interesting. The "bumper" that your looking at should be adjustable for doing a production of cuts over and over again. The "stop" is adjustable and should be flipped down and locked for lengths.
DANG! Missed it BUT, they say restock within 90 days…so I signed up through their app to be notified. Even if it goes back up, it’s a great tool and I gotta have one! I build an octagon shaped well house so, repeated cuts at 22.5 degrees on the miter saw…17 or 19 inches long, would have enjoyed that miter fence! Anyway…good call on this tool…I’ll cut my own throat and share the video on facistbook as well. Tools are color coded…the color determines how badly they dig into your wallet!!😁
Walmart carries it now. It cost me $75 for the 24" model. The fence is now black with the numbers on it. By the way I have the exact same saw. I love it.
Just bought mine today in UK now has a black fence ( vevor) I paid £60 posted Re the sliding stop , any ideas what the black adj piece is on the top it says on the web site it’s a trim block , but a tad unsure how to use it My saw configuration is like yours and will be using the mitre gauge to the left of the blade , cheers
I have this miter gauge and would like to use it however the brass pin that holds the angle is under sized for the hole so it has slop and will not hold a an angle accurately making the product useless
Hey bro.. I bought one of the Wnew mitre gauges for 65 Euros out of China. I need to build one part for it out of some extruded aluminium and add a stop to it but for the price it's brilliant for me. Myt only issue is it's too big for my saw tracks.. Too mide but my tracks can only fit 6mm depth and the one I have now is about 9/10mm so I will need to get it ground down to 6.25mm to get it to fit my tracks but it's a beauty
Only issue China mfg., and China does not have the best interests of the US in mind as we give them our money. Let's all pay more for non-China mfg products. Small price to pay to keep our democracy and freedom. No joke.
I have that same craftsman tape measure and the measurements line up perfectly with my expensive rulers. Great video I don't know how I missed it
HEY....super thanks for viewing and posting 🤠
Nice hat! I worked on the AC-130 and MC-130...best time of my life!
Hey ! Thanks Mitchel
Great tool ! nice video, thanks for the informations in metric ! Happy new year from Hamburg,Germany !
Thanks from this old boy in Texas :)
Also my kit came with a 6in long Phillips impact bit
Must have been Friday at the factory. I've heard some various items or missing items...geezz
Nice demonstration, thanks.
Nooice! ThanksBro! needed that!
got mine on clearance right now amazon 44 bucks,, thanks for review
I love mine and use it constantly with no issues. Hope you enjoy !
The adjustable stop looks a bit thin, how bad is the deflection?
The deflection is very low, but fit depends on the saw. Happy enough that I've dropped the idea for a cross cut sled.

Hope it works for you. Mine is "good enough"

The tab or trim block, if I'm looking at yours right can be flipped down to act like a stop block.

Strange, but production can be something else at times. Mine is excellent, but maybe yours was the Friday model.
Nice miter gauge
I want one!
