Thanks to you got thermostat installed made sure it was correct by your video. Got all air out of the system but radiator just would not get warm or hot, must be the water pump.
I know there is a lot to do to get to the water pump but I am going to take my time and replace it my self. Any suggestions before I start would be appreciated. Thx

@donrichie2899 sorry for the late reply! My only suggestion would be buy a drive belt while you are at it as you'll have everything apart and its a great time to replace it as well. FYI turns out my system is STILL overheating even after I had the shop replace the water pump and drive belt. They now think it is head gaskets or blocked radiator so I am having gaskets replaced and a full cooling system flush. We will see!

Thanks for the video. I am trying to diagnose white smoke from the exhaust. Any ideas?

White smoke, if just warming up or cold out and goes away quickly, can be normal. But if that is not the case it usually means coolant is leaking into the engine (you can usually tell because the exhaust will have a different smell to it, a little bit "sweet" compared to a normal 4 stroke engine). The typical way coolant leaks into an engine and causes white smoke is from the head gaskets I believe, or water pump.
