Helmet Fitting - How to Size and Fit a Bicycle Helmet

my head circumference is 57.5cm Bontrager medium is up to 60cm, but it still is tight. I’m bald so its not the hair.

For most brands, a large would be the best fit. Make sure you double check the size range though as it differs from brand to brand.

I’m size 54.5 and the guys at the bike shop keeps telling me small won’t fit me even tho the size for small goes from 51-56 and medium goes from 55-59 which one should I wear
