Okay, this is gonna be really weird, but I almost feel like he should have some Berserker mixed in somehow. He has some weird acrobatic shit going on with his moves, so either College of Swords Bard or Battle Master Fighter would work for that if you wanted it. He'd have the majority of his shit invested in a casting class though. Hexblade Warlock is always an option, but other options include Shadow Sorcerer (which I think works best for him), Wild Magic Sorcerer, or even Oath of Treachery Paladin. I could even see someone making him College of Satire/Whispers Bard in some circumstances. He's such an oddball he fits into so many categories. The Shadowfell and Twilight Realm seem kinda similar to me. My personal build would be some sort of mix of Hexblade/Swords Bard/Shadow Sorcerer. Is it a bit too complicated and unfocused? Yes. I like that Homebrew rule for wild magic I made my own that increases the likelihood of a surge based on sorry level starting with cantrips at 1 and a 10 for a ninth level spell. Combining the two may be really nice...
Actually, if you go by the comics canon, Thanos is an Eternal, which in D&D terms would probably make him a celestial (not to be confused with a Celestial, which are completely different, even though they created the Eternals- okay, I guess this is why you primarily use the MCU for these videos).
I really liked the flavor of this one. Knew it was gonna be 1-20 Sorc but the spells you picked really have me thinking about making a "Psychic" Sorcerer that gambles and messes with probability and stuff. I also love controller casters so there's that too.
Since Eldritch Blast seems a bit more on brand as you said, Mr. Barbrarian, one of the ability score improvements could be sacrificed for the Spell Sniper feat, since you get one attack roll based cantrip from Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard, and one more class my dumbass can't remember.
I go with 2 levels Warlock (Great Old One) and then 18 Levels of Sorcerer (Wild Magic). In the comics, Wanda's s powers were bestowed upon her by Cthon the God of Chaos (basically Marvel C'thulu). That way you can get Eldritch Blast and apply the Agonizing and Repelling Blast invocations to it. And if you want at lvl 4 take the Eldritch Adept feat for an extra invocation and I took Armor of Shadows so I can cast Mage armor at any time, leaving my sorcerer spell slots for Shield.
Rocket Raccoon is my favorite in the MCU and I'd be very interested in seeing you D&D take on his character. I've always wanted to play a trap master but haven't been able to figure out the mechanics to the Rocket level of mastery.
Zachary Wimer My instinctive response is "be a Kobold, but a Japanese one because their kobolds are furry". But the base ones don't actually get any trap skill even though they are flavoured as trap masters. :
If I wasn't dipping into warlock, I would definitely grab the magic initiate feat for it. Eldritch blast is more suited to the character, and Hex is so screamingly on point for Scarlet Witch, I was shocked it didn't come up

I dunno if I just zoned out or something, but I’m surprised that Telekinesis wasn’t mentioned. Sorcerers can get it, and Wanda was clearly doing a lot of lifting *and* yeeting with her chaos powers in the clips that were shown.
I would probably reccomend 2 ish levels of warlock (Maybe hexblade/GOO for the mind stone?) For eldritch blast as uh...yeah but overall, great build my guy
Year old comment, but Warlock doesn't fit the lore of Scarlet Witch at all. If you really wanted Eldritch Blast, you could just take magic initiate instead of one of the ASI. Also, spoiler alert: EB really truly isn't THAT amazing of a damage cantrip without some of the Warlock invocations like Agonizing Blast that make it so busted. Yeah it has a 1d10 hit die but you're not going to be rolling 8's and above reliably.
Been thinking that if you wanted Wanda to have Eldritch Blast without being a Warlock, you could give up a non-CHA ASI for Spell Sniper and get the cantrip that way with the added benefit of ignoring half and 3/4 cover and increased range. Or if you do go Variant Human you could get both Lucky and Spell Sniper more easily, though it'd mean losing the free +2 CHA Half-Elves get
I'm so glad you mentioned BLM and the Unsleeping City because that Homebrew rule is something I won't do a Wildmagic Sorcerer without. I think it's probably the coolest rule and makes things so much more interesting. BLM is my fave DND celebrity

Based on the goals, it looks like Wanda here will combine some elements of the Wild Magic Sorcerer and potentially Divination Wizard to properly manipulate fate. She may even take the Lucky feat to further control her powers. But she will certainly make use of the Chaos Bolt spell, which is just perfect for someone like her.
First, +1 for Gandalf next. Also, SW could very well be a hexblade warlock, with her pact centering on the mind stone. And it would give her a curse. Though I have never seen her use a physical weapon so some of the powers are likely lost on her
I guess you could dip in Warlock if you do MCU Wanda. She did volunteer for strucker’s experiments and whatever the reality stone is could be a patron.
The specifics of Wanda's powers are a long, confusing list of retcons. She could fit arguably any class and the most accurate build would likely be to give her something from an entirely different game.
I was super happy to see one for her. She's one of my favorites. Also idk if you've seen me comment this before 😅. But do a video on Aelita Schaeffer from the code lyoko series. I think it would be a really fun idea to show everyone
You could give MCU Wanda some worlock levels as she got her powers/had her mutant gene unlocked by the mind stone/Loki's sceptre. That sounds like either a great old one (like before the universe old) or hexblade to me.
Hey Tulok. Could you make a guide how to build a "Space Marine" (from Warhammer 40K) such as a "Kriegsmen Guardsman" ? I've looked for more interesting things in Warhammer 40K to build but... Orks just die and not die... You can build them how you want. Tyranids are more like a roguish mix with a barbarian. And eldar ... they are eldar. By "Space Marine" I mean three types. 1. "Ultramarines". Those are (maybe) the best space marines (despite the memes). Very allround. And prepared to fight anywhere against anything. 2. "Salamanders". Those are space marines specified in pyrophilia and helping the weak. Mostly they set their armor on fire and fight with flame throwers (flamers). 3. "Imperial Fists" the bumble bees of the imperium. Those are pioneers and masters of siege / fortifying tactics. I would find it interesting to build a fortress in no time. "Kriegsmen Guardsman" I would like to let you look up. In a nutshell: "normal human soldiers that the forces of evil fears that much like the demons the doom slayers". They fight with a gas mask, laser gun and a shovel.

@@simonshephard3834 But until recently she was Magneto' s daughter, connecting her to the X-Men. That connection also lead to one of the the biggest storylines(House of M) and worse things she's ever done(No More Mutants---basically depowering most(at least 90% ) of the mutant population). Plus she started out as a reluctant villian in Magneto's Brotherhood of Mutants. So yes, she is mainly an Avenger she had some significant X-Men connections too. I personally think it's B.S. she couldn't keep that. Screw Fox and Disney for that.
Funny story about the Wild Magic Sorcerer. I recently DMed a game with a Tiefling with blue skin. They did a spell, then rolled a 1 on the d20. So they rolled a d100 and got a 23. Which meant their skin turned a vibrant shade of blue. Everyone at the table, myself included, started cracking up over the fact that now his skin was now a slightly different shade of blue lol.
Well, you could've used an ASI to grab magic initiate and gotten eldritch blast, toll the dead, and hex for some dark magic. (she did study magic with Agatha Harkness, an actual witch). True, your EBs will not be better than 1d10 force, and they won't push or pull anyone like Jean Grey's will, but it's still a good option.
Please do Rocket and Groot. For Rocket, do a Rock Gnome Moon Druid/Artillerist. I don’t know what race Groot would be (Firbolgs have Speech of Beast and Leaf?) but probably a Berserker Barbarian w/ the Magic Initiate Feat fir a few Druid spells.
Personally I would have done a separate build for Comic Scarlet Witch and MCU Scarlet Witch, BUT this is a really fun build so I'll let it go. That said, I agree --- How have you not done Magneto yet?? I'm super excited for that one! Also, is there any chance that you're ever going to redo your Iron Man build now that the Artificer has been iterated on several times and canonized?
Honestly after watching Multiverse of Madness it would definitely be a cool idea to go ahead and remake this character with a couple levels of Warlock to get pact of the tome
This should be revisited. The Darkhold definitely feels like a Warlock pact so a Warlock dip for at least two levels for Eldridtch Blast with the Agonizing Blast invocation should be fine. Just pick the Great Old One pact since you don't even really need to describe what you're aligned to, so just say you draw power from the far realms which is a realm of chaos, and Wanda's magic is already described as chaos magic. Dump the rest of your levels into Aberrant Mind Sorcerer since she's crazy, the lore for Aberrant Mind says it uses psionic powers to manipulate the energy of the multiverse, which she can do, and it meshes well with the Great Old One pact. Boom. There's your Scarlet Witch template. Fill in the spells as you see fit according to her power set.
Since the phb wild magic fun weel is so meh I use my own Wild Magic System where if you use 5 to 10x a cantrip in a battle you (the player) roll the d100 right away. Any magic up to 1st lvl also cause a certain wild surge and if the combat is stressfull I randomly say "that's your turn, please roll a d100 for me" Way more fun. And I crank up some of the efdects just because hehehehe
If you're taking requests, here's a few builds I'd like to see: Snake Eyes from GI Joe, Jem (of Holograms fame), Ash Williams (in all his boomstick-wielding glory), BJ Blazkowicz, and/or Indiana Jones.
I had to stop the video to check to see if Tulok had done Quicksilver yet. Doesn't look like it, though he has done Flash. Presumably Quicksilver is also a Half-Elf and Magneto is a High-Elf? Given the video mentions NEXT week as Final Fantasy week, I wonder if Wanda marks the end of the schedule confusion....?
Ok I had a couple ideas for possible characters: Robin Hood (2018) just cuz he’s just badass, and some of the characters from Sword Art Online because I feel like that’s a goldmine for characters.
Wanda is welcome. But still pulling for Eglentine Price (Bednobs and Broomsticks), Winifred Sanderson (Hocus Pocus), Captain Kirk, Commander Spock, Counselor Troi, Mary Poppins, and the Reverend Doctor Syn (the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh).
Awesome job as always my guy. I would love to see you try to build Zero from megaman x/zero series. preferably zero since that's the current iteration of him. Regardless I look forward to your next video, always a treat.
Actually Wanda's power initially came from an elder demon/God named Cthon. He is the rival and brother of Oshtur (one of the vishnati [gods associated with the sorcerer Supreme of Earth], mother of Agamotto and patron to Storm's family line [also the reason Storm has white hair and blue eyes]). Warlock would probably fit in that respect. Cthon intended to free himself from Mt Wundregor by assuming Wanda's body and taking her considerable powers in the process. She beat him though.

He's described as a berserker-type character in Hyrule Warriors and his fighting style is pretty unprofessional and bizarre.
Yes. Is Zant a bit too complicated and unfocused? Also yes.
@@jontyonopko That... is a wild idea, and I love it, but it seems a bit... complicated? As for the berserker point, it is a good point. Maybe a Shadow Sorcerer/ Zealot Barbarian ( for he worships Ganon, and Zealots worship gods and get their anger from their gods which makes even more sense for Zant.)
He likely had some magical power before he met Ganondorf, so Shadow Sorcerer would be pretty good. I don't really see Hexblade lore-wise but I could probably be convinced. I just can't think of any particular artifact he has a strong bond with. If anything, that's more Midna's thing
Great build! Totally ready to step out that door and become an Avenger now!
Hope to see Gandalf & Magneto in the future. Professor X too.
"I don't want to use a Human."
Who are you, and what did you do to Tulok?
Not his fault really. The majority of characters happen to be human. On the other hand, aren't mutants *by definition* variant humans?

I like that Homebrew rule for wild magic
I made my own that increases the likelihood of a surge based on sorry level starting with cantrips at 1 and a 10 for a ninth level spell.
I was thinking he would be an asimar
@@BJGvideos makes sense. Probably fallen.
@@danielwilson8604 fallen aasimar isn't a bad idea, since he was abandoned for his looks and later, you know, thirst of death.
I think this is the first character I’ve seen whose mode of flight in the movies most matches the Fly spell
"I Am All of Me" at the beginning just made this video for me🤣!
HEY! I appreciate the House of M reference, keep on keeping on.
Which is sad, since this is like the only comic reference people know about her these days.
Eldritch blast is more suited to the character, and Hex is so screamingly on point for Scarlet Witch, I was shocked it didn't come up
ua-cam.com/video/Gx_Go7kClCQ/v-deo.html Check out this version, where I discuss the merits of warlock, sorcerer, and other classes.
Wish I didn't already have a VPN; I think it is awesome that you secured your first sponsorship, congrats on that!
The Monkey King Sun Wukong...would love to see your take on him!
I propose you a challenge: I see you've done the Human Torch, now try with the other members of the First Family! Please... I need Reed Richards in 5e!

Yes I really wanna see Spawn
Can i get a Mad-Eye Moody build from Harry Potter Please?
“How have I not done Gandalf or Magneto yet?” You said it! Do it! I needs this in my life!
That’s the joke. He’s already done both.
The Brennan's Homebrew of increasing the likelyhood of your to have your magic surge is the best little fix to make Wild Magic Sorc better and fun to use
Tulok: Plays "I Am All of Me" while the word "Chaos" in red font is on-screen.
Also Tulok: Makes one of the requirements "Chaos Control".
Me: *I understood that reference* (Really hope he gets his own build someday!!)
OH HELL YEAH, NOW WE'RE TALKING BUSINESS
Could you maybe do Catwoman next? You did Harley and Ivy, maybe we could get the Gotham City Sirens down in a tabletop
Hmm, rogue thief? Sounds easy.
@@LucasDeziderio
You'd probably need more than just rogue to emulate Catwoman, at least some levels in Monk would be needed
How would she get proficiency in whips
@@AmusinglySaunters
Go Kensei and choose the whip as your weapon, easy
As a DM who built her for a player in my campaign a few months ago, this isn't too far off what I did. I like what you did with it though Tulok
Once I eventually get to play DND I want to play this.
Could you make the Predator next?
I'm thinking Githyanki Ranger or Arcane Archer Fighter. Or both... probably both.
@@theagentsquidfiles504 Tulok does love his multi-classes
Ah, a rare non-multiclasser for this channel, not what I was expecting. Nice work Tulok!
I like how you knew she was a chaos sorceress before she did. This makes way more sense to MCU fans after Wandavision.
I dunno if I just zoned out or something, but I’m surprised that Telekinesis wasn’t mentioned. Sorcerers can get it, and Wanda was clearly doing a lot of lifting *and* yeeting with her chaos powers in the clips that were shown.
Telekinesis you say: ua-cam.com/video/Gx_Go7kClCQ/v-deo.html check it out :)
Yay surfshark! Thank you for supporting our boi. Now make him build Dr. Doom before another movie ruins him more \o/
I want this one so bad!! Personally I would make him an artificer armorer (from the UA) multiclassed with wizard necromancer.
Really happy you got your first sponsor, man! Definitely deserved! Keep up the great vids!
Loved the crush40 introduction
I'd love to see a build for Mary Poppins. I bet she'd be a sorceress of some kind with the silent spell ability and awesome slight of hand.
Marvel canon is that Wanda's powers are related to the Elder Deity Cthon, so a Warlock dip is not unheard of
I had to watch this video twice once for the puns alone...great build
Fun build. Man.... I really am still very sad they killed Pietro. I really liked that version and they had REAL good sibling chemeswty and even better Hawkeye chemestry
a monoclass video from tulok?
a surprise to be sure
but a welcome one
Now, how do you play Okuyasu in D&D? Now THAT'S something I wanna see!
A Lv 2 Monk that has a Ring of Infinite Wishes, but you HARD dumped Intelligence so you only use it to make "things in that general direction" move towards you. Because you're not that smart.
@@JeanneDGames either that or some real weird finagling with a bag of devouring
Based on the goals, it looks like Wanda here will combine some elements of the Wild Magic Sorcerer and potentially Divination Wizard to properly manipulate fate. She may even take the Lucky feat to further control her powers. But she will certainly make use of the Chaos Bolt spell, which is just perfect for someone like her.
First, +1 for Gandalf next. Also, SW could very well be a hexblade warlock, with her pact centering on the mind stone. And it would give her a curse. Though I have never seen her use a physical weapon so some of the powers are likely lost on her
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY TO COME. FINALLY I HAVE A BUILD GUIDE FOR HER I CAN TRUST
Speaking of magical Wandas, can we expect a Timmy Turner build? #DecemberTulokRewatch
Congrats on getting a sponsorship! Your videos are awesome and I'm excited for you to have more ways to make it more profitable for you!
I guess you could dip in Warlock if you do MCU Wanda. She did volunteer for strucker’s experiments and whatever the reality stone is could be a patron.
Nice video, i love Wanda
Can you do a video on how to to Mantis? Her powers are very insteresting and i imagine it can be pretty cool to roleplay with
Actually, in the comics Wanda was empowered by the elder god Chthon, who was bound to the mountain on which she was born.
So she could be a Warlock.
Good job for getting your first sponsorship.
I know this build will be pretty easy as sorcerer bloodlines ftw but here is 2 you could do Sarkhan-red dragon bloodline or orichimaru serpentine
Can you do a Starfire build? You've done the other 4 members of the Teen Titans and I would love to see the team together
They fight with a gas mask, laser gun and a shovel.
oh hey i loved her with her brother in x-me- oh wait.....
Generator rex in dnd, i need to make my party confused as heck, and i turn to you for the forbidden knowledge
Yeah it's too bad we can't get the X-Men Quicksilver in the MCU. He was actually interesting.
Generator Rex would be an awesome build, I’m thinking an Artificer sorcerer, though I’m not sure what subclasses
@@Shatterverse literally use Flash build, though be a bit slower so add 3 levels of rouge subclass thief
She is not an X-Man, this character spent like 90% of her comic appearance in Avengers comics.
DM shoulda had other Tieflings Resent his new shade, losing his homeland in process. :)
Great job as well Tulok, love the u sleeping city reference 😉
Well, you could've used an ASI to grab magic initiate and gotten eldritch blast, toll the dead, and hex for some dark magic. (she did study magic with Agatha Harkness, an actual witch). True, your EBs will not be better than 1d10 force, and they won't push or pull anyone like Jean Grey's will, but it's still a good option.
This was made before Wandavision was a thing & she was revealed to be an actual witch.
Also, without Invocations, EB is a flavor cantrip at best.
She draws her power from Chthon who definitely would count as Great Old One
Since the phb wild magic fun weel is so meh I use my own Wild Magic System where if you use 5 to 10x a cantrip in a battle you (the player) roll the d100 right away. Any magic up to 1st lvl also cause a certain wild surge and if the combat is stressfull I randomly say "that's your turn, please roll a d100 for me"
Way more fun.
Good build as usual dude! Keep it up and, as always, I look forward to your videos next week!
DO GANDALF!!! I've been trying to crack that one forever lol Magnito is also cool
Awesome job as always my guy. I would love to see you try to build Zero from megaman x/zero series. preferably zero since that's the current iteration of him. Regardless I look forward to your next video, always a treat.
Gandalf totally Wizard with Druid sprinkled in, Magneto you can use the Graviturgist!
