If you just want Raw Damage Output going for Eldritch Smite is arguably the most effective. However I do think the levels in Fighters make the build a bit more versatile. Beside that the dip into Fighter gives your proficiency with Con Saves and Heavy Armor - I know we don't really see Emiya in Heavy Armor outside of Fate/Extra CCC but I would really recommend going for it since your AC is otherwise a bit lackluster. The Arcane Shot Options offer some neat tactical advantage - especially when dealing with multiple enemies. Also this build really benefits a lot from Action Surge - for example Tenser's Transformation doesn't let you do anything else the turn you cast it - a problem you can circumvent with Action Surge. Action Surge just offers so many benefits that you are almost never wrong for dipping into Fighter just to pick it up So yeah I wouldn't exactly call the dip into fighter a waste - but it's also not an absolute must either

lol honestly Kuro doesn't really share any abilities with main timeline Illya I can think of. Would essentially just stick with the Emiya build, maybe swap out a couple of things (like Kuro doesn't require the Chef feat for starters and she would have a different background) and you are golden
In a certain way, i like that this build proritizes UBW, but it doesn't really match EMIYA's central flaws in my opinion. I've always liked Eldritch Knight (5)/Hexblade Warlock (15) as a combo. In a certain way, i like that this build proritizes UBW, but it doesn't really match EMIYA's central flaws in my opinion.
My version of UBW Actually requires Bard to Work. Bard (15) College of Swords / College of Creation Hexblade Warlock (5) Cast Demiplane on the floor and find a way to get the opponent inside. Afterwards having the opponent alone, Cast Animate Objects. Now, if you are a College of Creation Bard, it's way easier given you can create up to 5 objects to immediately control, plus any non-magical weapons you carry. If not, collecting weapons, Trinkets and ESPECIALLY Swords along the way and just throwing them inside the Demiplane to wait for you there is fine too. Is it potent in combat? Maybe. Is it cool as fuck? Certainly. And at least it can do damage, unlike Mirage Arcane.
I'm new to dnd, so when you show us these different classes like warlock, and bard are those just options for classes we can use for the build? Or can we use multiple classes later on? Or do we just change our class later on?
So basically you start your game at level 1. You pick a race we go from the small guys to the big buys. Pick what you want. Each Race offers small buffs for the character you are creating. Next is the background. Backgrounds tend to function as jobs or hobbies. (Concurrently I do not have Eberron so I lack knowledge on how the Dragon Marks work. But we do get them straight away.) Next you pick your class. Using this build he started with the Fighter class. Picking a class means you choose your gear. If your looking at the "Player's Hand Book" (which you can find PDF's online.) details what this class can give your character. Now we skip to level 3 for most classes this where you pick your sub-class (The thing that is going to distinguish this character you are making from another one of the same class.) And there are many. And you don't have to stick with what's giving in the Player's Handbook. but there are plenty of other sources for character creation. Next Multiclassing. It is also explained in the Player's Handbook but basically your character needs to meet certain stat criteria to be able to merge into another class. Mostly a 13 in that Class' primary stat. So to Multiclass into Warlock you need like 13+ Charisma or something. Now our level Max in D&D is 20 (no more than that.) So Multiclassing means this At level 4 This character would be LVL 4 with 3 Levels of Fighter and 1 in Warlock. (So if you are paying attention by the end of the video this character has 20 LVLS 14 in Bard, 3 in Fighter and 3 in Warlock.) So you can't be a 60th level character with 20 in each. ALSO that would take like an eternity to get to. Now you can take these options later. I forget if it obligatory at level 3 or 4 but I am pretty sure you can Multiclass at basically any point provided that your character's stats are 13+ in the class you want to add onto your character. I'm pretty sure that's everything... if you have any further questions let me know.
@@lukessjackson7005 Please allow me to give you some advice... I'm not saying no... but at least for your first character don't go for a Magic user. You'll have a genuinely have an easier time playing a Melee class for your first character. (Monk, Fighter, Rogue & Barbarian.) However I do find it better that if you have something in mind for a character and you have your heart set on it then go ahead and make that character. Some examples: My First Character was a Halfling Monk, he's not level 3 yet but I am planning on going Way of the Asteral Self where I go Asura with like 6 arms and start pummeling my enemies. (I was planning on way of the 4 elements but my next to characters dabble in a bit of Magic.) My Second Character: A Half-Elf Wild Magic Sorcerer and my DM.GM (same thing) suggested a Spell called CHAOS BLAST and I have since picked out spells that have similar effects. Thus my character is the Elemental Damage specialist. My Third Character: Kind of my favorite right now. But he is an Arcane Trickster Rogue Entertainer who is going to be my parties Battle Prankster. I can't wait to get to level 4 and Grab the Magical initiate feat allowing me to get a Core spell that I want to give him. So my character gets a laugh from basically his enemies slipping and falling on Grease as I give them random effects with Nathair's Mischief so they slip and get knocked prone and have random stuff happen to them as I cast lie Firebolt at their feet causing more Fire Damage hitting the Grease (It functions like oil) so they are burning in this trap I made while my character laughs hysterically at the little goblins expense and proceeds to tackle the Big Bad Evil Guy (who ever that maybe) and just be a bit of a Merry Prankster. I love him!
Gilles de Rais obviously. Jokes aside - it's the same with Archer. If no further context is provided Saber usually refers to Artoria since she is best known as Saber even by people who aren't into Fate - also sidesteps the issue with the spelling considering that Type-Moon randomly decided one day that her name should be Altria now.
Long story short - there was an Unearthed Arcana that expanded the spell lists for all classes - that expanded spell list was added with Tasha's cauldron of everything. I wrote this video before Tasha was released and based it on the Unearthed Arcana - Tenser's transformation was part of the Bard Spell list in the Unearthed Arcana but didn't make the cut when Tasha was released. You can still grab it as a magical secret though
Pro tip: in the visual novel you always have to pick the least sensible option to advance the story. If you make decisions that follow common sense as Shirou ya most likely to get a bad end

My Second Character: A Half-Elf Wild Magic Sorcerer and my DM.GM (same thing) suggested a Spell called CHAOS BLAST and I have since picked out spells that have similar effects.
I love him!
I must have trace on cause I'm copying this build
Which Saber? Artoria, Mordred, Nero, or somebody else?
Gilles de Rais obviously.
Jokes aside - it's the same with Archer. If no further context is provided Saber usually refers to Artoria since she is best known as Saber even by people who aren't into Fate - also sidesteps the issue with the spelling considering that Type-Moon randomly decided one day that her name should be Altria now.
legend lore is curious because he don't have a legend
Could you do ruler( Jeanne d'arc) from fate apocrypha build
to cast mirage arcane fast
get the tome of the stilled tongue
Can someone explain to me what is d&d? Is it a game or something
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tabletop_role-playing_game
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dungeons_%26_Dragons
10:46 but that is alter form
Tenser's Transformation isnt showing up on my 6th lvl spell list anyone know how to fix it? I own the books for it
Long story short - there was an Unearthed Arcana that expanded the spell lists for all classes - that expanded spell list was added with Tasha's cauldron of everything.
I wrote this video before Tasha was released and based it on the Unearthed Arcana - Tenser's transformation was part of the Bard Spell list in the Unearthed Arcana but didn't make the cut when Tasha was released.
You can still grab it as a magical secret though
@@TrickyFox93 yeah read that in a different reply after making this one
I tried this in a campaign and my team got wiped fml
Pro tip: in the visual novel you always have to pick the least sensible option to advance the story. If you make decisions that follow common sense as Shirou ya most likely to get a bad end
Could create Aurelia from borderlands presequal
As a Pathfinder player, this isn't useful to me at all, but still really interesting to see! It's a pain to try and build EMIYA in vanilla PF though.
He’s a Magus who took the Starlit Span Hybrid Study and Spirit Sheathe Feat
the archer of extra is other archer
cool man iam just starting to play dnd but i cant make a template with the informations you gave me could you help me(or could you make a template already)a friend of mine wanted to play with others characters based on anime but have the same problem like me so if you could help or anyone i would be a maked man.
So...would you agree that if a Kingdom Hearts build for Donald Duck was in the works, he'd be a Kenku?
Level 18 Evocation Wizard, level 1 Bard to get Cure Wounds and Healing Word to cast them at level 1 when you don’t need them and 1 level in barbarian because it’s Donald
@@TrickyFox93 Hmm, what about a Cleric instead of Bard? Clerics still get Cure Wounds and Healing Word, they can get a Divine Domain at Level 1 (the Unity Domain from Unearthed Arcana would be a pretty good fit)...and, honestly, I don't see Donald as either particularly charismatic or inspiring.

Speak the devil's name.

Wait did you just bootleg Tulock’s videos?
like Emiya bootlegs Noble Phantasms
Well it keeps in theme with emiya
FEIKAH ZASSHU
good video!
ahchah peelt
Lol, archer been archer....
Alright, now how do I build this on www.pathguy.com/ or www.dndbeyond.com/ ?
Calling emiya gil is a very bad mistake
If i remmember correctlly muramasa stated thet the body he is using(shirou body) is maybe belong to his descendent
yeah - it's certainly a possibiltiy
Emiya is not actully fast he only kept up with cu becouse of his eye of the mind
Well my Cu Build has much more speed^^
Other than that mostly threw Expeditious Retreat on there cause it was like the most fitting spell and Emiya can use reinforcement magecraft to boost his own physical abilities a bit - like strengthening your legs to run a bit fast for example
