The feature I'm referring to is that only the hands and feet are on focus, everything just before and just after is blurry(a sharp narrow depth of field). In a nonverbal way, this helps you guide the viewer to focus in what's important and ignore what's not. If you continue to produce videos with this feature your channel will grow exponentially.

I think it's certainly kind enough to give someone a shoulder squeeze, a hair brushing or a back scratch, but in my eyes, there is an especially loving kindness in taking the time to care for someone's feet. May i make a kind suggestion? Or two? I am a Cert Foot Reflexologist and i like to either hang the feet slightly off the table so as not to allow the heels to dig in and become uncomfortable. Or i lift the heels off the table by placing a fairly large pillow under the knees and another pillow under the calves to lift the heels. Also i cover the foot i am not attending to so it feels cozy, warm and "hugged"!. My techniques are very similar to yours! I love that she is flipped over and yu stand behind her feet! I would probable start that side first so as to end with her face up. But that is me! I also end a FR session with sitting at the foot of the table and holding both feet and pressing the solar plexus area for several seconds, while pulling ever so slightly on both legs. Yu can perform that move by holding the heels instead of the SP and then to finish it up i swipe from up by the knees towards the feet and shake it off and then go to the clients head and rub the ears briefly and points on the scalp IF that is ok with them. There are some Chinese pressure point on the head that can solidify the treatment to tell the brain to "set" the treatment! Love what yu do! Keep up the great work sister! ☺️🫂🙏💝
Great suggestions thanks. There’s other things that I do extra in a real setting however this was a short version for a video so I didn’t get everything in. I too like to cover the foot that’s not being worked on but again for the sake of the video I didn’t. You definitely know what you’re doing so great job 👏 I will share your suggestions too 🫶🏼
Just about everything you listed is what I do also, however I do change up to the individual clients needs and issue. I definitely don't want them to be bored so that's another reason I do different techniques for each session

This looks very relaxing and therapeutic..I have flat feet and get quite a bit of foot pain …I sometimes get a foot massage to help relieve the tension that builds up 👍

This was very informative even wo talking. I was an athletic trainer in high-school so i know a little about the feet. Im currently in a wheelchair because of a disability. But my feet still hurt. So i appreciate this video
Gently caressing the feet. Soothing video, it almost made me fall asleep. Sometimes, I put my feet in hot water and soak them for ten minutes to relax the muscles, then follow up with self-massage. I lie on the bed and pull up my legs, that way I don't stress my waist or back in the process. But still, the best and recommended thing to do is to find a local masseuse/masseur with the best touch and let them do the magic while you're completely relaxed. 🙏
