I think the answer is a "yes" 🤩 ~ Well done Saffy for pushing through the anxiety and emerging laughing 👍👍
Yeeeeeeeeees :-) It made me very happy!
It's all about smile's per mile!
yesssssssssssssss
Great job, Saffy - just watched all four parts, entertaining as ever and expertly produced!
Thank you so much 😊 I can't take all the credit though,I had a film crew this time around 😂
How I enjoy your smile and your happiness in the entire Sardinia series Saffy!!! 😃
The more you fall, the less the fear.
I like that :-)
@@SaffySprocket Thanks. I did put my bike down three times on tarmac while going less than 30 miles/hour without any injury and many times off-road, also with no injury. At low speeds you are pretty much bulletproof with the proper gear. Your bike might not however.
As always enjoyable Ms Sprocket. Keep the revs up and ride the clutch when required and you'll do just fine Staffy. Always forward girl 🤘👍. Keep safe and set your own pace.😅❤
Thanks, will do!
KAABER. ::-. ALMIGHTY. -;-. GOD. :: ❤. :-:😊
That ride was no Dog fall.. you are a better rider off road than you think! This was a great series
@5:37 I remember it well, in my younger days the MCC used to have an annual run out of 10 - 15 bikers to a little secluded place in Wales where we would have our annual pony riding weekend, YES bikers on an annual pony trekking weekend, riding in a group, the feeling of comradery was fantastic.
ahaha bikers on horsepower ayyyyye?
Tough as it is to do...... you always come out the other side smiling, even if it is a night in a lay-by or broken ribs...... you get on with it.... Bravo
:D Life is for living :D!
I like your choice of music that accompaniments the images , they really work well together. Whenever I watch your vids you always seem to bring out the protective older brother in me.. stupid I know but there you are… keep laughing, having fun and I’ll see you out there!
Awesome video Saffy, well done you! 👍👍
🥰🥰🥰 thank you
a great video series,, well done Saffy
Well done Saffy, keep pushing yourself and enjoy the challenges
There are some quite fantastic pictures in this video! 🤗
Glad you like them!
You are a very brave person. It takes a lot of courage to admit your fears.
And only with that courage can we improve.
The final comment on the motorbike is also wonderful: the motorbike is not just a technical vehicle but it is also what gives us emotions, and I absolutely agree.
You are a beautiful person.
Thank you
Thank you so much for your support 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💞🙏🏻💞
Great job, great video. Your editing on that intro was superb 👌
Thank you so much 😁
Beautiful conclusion to a great series. Glad you didn't also crash!
Thank you so much :-)
Thank you for taking us on the journey with you. Your video's are great and the way you overcome your fears is very commendable. I am pleased that the young lady that fell off was not hurt physically, the only thing she hurt was her pride and I'm sure she will overcome that hurdle. I wish I had your confidence to overcome my anxiety but you have inspired me to get into the garage and at least polish the bike as I have only achieved about 8 miles in 2 years. Thank you.
I’m fine 😛🙋🏼♀️🤣
@@MotoWaifu pleased to hear that you're ok
She's made of brick 😂 didn't see you the hole left in the ground ?
You do come out with the amazing comments, very insightful. Make me think. Thanks.
My pleasure!
Love the content Saffy, conquering your fears is a great thing to witness. Everyone should do the same in life for all it is is a big bag of learning and overcoming.
Yes :-) Life is about never learning all the time and never stopping!
Well done Saffy. A few months from now you'll be wondering what you were afraid of. Riding off road is so much more fun than on road. One thing I want to tell you, if you see this. The things you are told about standing off road is 100% BS. Sitting or standing is based on terrain and conditions. It is easier to control a motorcycle sitting. If your on a smooth dirt road SIT. If the seat is bouncing you off and kicking your butt STAND. You will get the hang of it. Don't be scared. You will have so much fun. BTW Your narrations are brilliant
I actually found it a lot easier to control the bike standing, especially going down hill!
@@SaffySprocket Hills are always different. Just do what feels best for you. You don't have to stand just because they tell you to. Been watching since before you got your license. I enjoy every one. I LOVED your reaction at Silverstone. Was distraught when you said you might be done. Don't ever get down on yourself. What you do to raise money for the Air Ambulance is awesome. Stay safe and have fun.
it's an adventure bike, it will be hitting the ground many many more times over it's life. so long as you're ok it's all good.
ahahah this was Laura that fell off :-)
Laura really needs to go to the David Thorpe school of moto x give him a ring great content for your next video.🤩
I've been meaning to catch up with him actually!
You’re amazing!!!
Thank you for sharing so much with us.
Thanks for watching!
awesome series as always! Good to see you could step forward from all anxieties from your fall, and like the gears on a bike, one down, then the rest is up.
Glad you like them!
Brilliant video's thank you for your bringing your adventures
Glad you like them!
That looked like a superb guided PR trip - lovely bike.
It was insanely fun!
Your dead right about how a bike makes you feel and smile, not how fast and powerful it might be. And the Himalayan certainly seems to be bringing a smile back to your ace face. 👍
It was so so so so so much fun!
I'm new to your channel. I enjoy your laughter when you push past your anxiety. I'm just glad you didn't crash the bike, lol! Ride safe!
Thank you so much for your support 💖🙏🏻😊
the answer is evidently a big yes going by your smile, and great to see you overcoming some demons, and I love the honest, warts and all about yourself approach, makes you far more real and watchable
Thank you so much 😊😊😊😊😊
I have to admit I'm impressed you completed the course with little drama, but you are a seasoned rider with
experience of fighting your anxiety, more woops and giggles next time I hope 😘❤
So am I 😂😂😂
Best way to judge a motorcycle is how comfortable you feel riding it and by that I mean a good long ride minimum of two hours solid. If when you stop and get off you feel like you've enjoyed yourself and feel like you could very easily jump straight back on and ride for hours more, then that is a good bike. IMHO. 👍
200%!!!
Lucky Laura, she could have had a headache after that one. It's good to see you pushing yourself Saff, the only way to overcome anxiety.
She was dangling like a spagetti ahahaha
😂😂😂😂
I was worried when I read the title. I thought the Sprocket fell off. Then I remembered the Sprocket is locked on. She smashed that. Trials bike rock climbs next!
Sardinia looks nice :)
It was genuinely stunning!
Good clip! 👍
Thank you very much!
Latent fear is a SOB, during one of my driving lessons I got a bit too wide during a turn and immediately my mind starting constructing all manners of gruesome fates that with me being that wide and a car or even worse truck had been there. It took me hours of riding to stop being overly cautious. Suddenly I understand why people with dream jobs like pilots and astronauts can just quit after a near miss.
It screws with you, you’re not really aware of it being like a new filter in your mind but it is and it’s impacting stuff on levels you’re not aware of. I never felt afraid after riding that same road but it affected my riding.
Fear is a dangerous thing to play with🤡🤡🤡
Very good video
Love the smile, keep it up.
Thank you! Will do!
Saffron, I'm so impressed after what you've been through. You must be made of titanium or something stronger?.
Thank you for keeping going & can't wait for your next adventure. 😊
Titanium, Tears and a lot of caffeine 😂😂😂😂
Hello Sa I find a difference of Happyness in your video while watching you with Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Motorcyclists accompanied.I liked the Royal Enfield 🇬🇧 Team for making such joyful tours.Royal Enfield Himalayan, Royal Enfield HNTR are most beautiful motorcycles with lots of improvements is an best part about Royal Enfield 🇬🇧
They're an amazing bike!
@@SaffySprocket Enjoy
Good job Saffy! BTW, you didn't have a motorcycle accident in Norway that should frighten you. You broke your ribs because you were standing in the wrong place when the wind pushed the motorcycle into you and knocked you down. So you should not feel that you did anything wrong in terms of riding skills. You just made a poor judgement in terms of placement against winds. Keep at it!
Your brain doesn't care how things happen, only that it happened unfortunately 😅😅 and wind is now a trigger
@@SaffySprocket If I may, you just need to redirect your brain. I ride bikes, but I also train horses, am a technical/cave dive instructor, teach MA to the military amongst other things. What sets me apart from most is that I taught myself early on how to remain calm in most situations (including combat.) It always comes down to mastering the fundamentals of whatever I am pursuing at the moment (advanced skills aren't as important as the fundamentals,) and always thinking ahead to what can go wrong, thereby being prepared. When we're not prepared, we become scared when unpredictable things happen. Also, do breath work so you train yourself to be calm. Your brain is directly affected by your breathing. Control the diaphragm, control the mind. Gambatte!
Canada is awaiting!
Maple syrup 🍁😁
It's Saffy adventure time ...
Yee hawwwwwwwwww
Dropping a bike is not crashing 😎
She be dangling like spaghetti 🍝😭
Click bait
Saffy you should ride across Canada with me this August! 😁
I need to ride everywhere ahahaha
@@SaffySprocket I went through the US, Mexico and into Belize last year. :)
Hi, I have balance issues. 🙋🏼♀️
Together we make almost a fully functional human 😜💪🏻
Howay lass
Howdy!
Maybe you need to do an off road training course, I know I do, I hear there's somewhere in Wales or I've gotten emails from Ducati to do one in Italy
2 things for me make a bike, how do you feel looking at it, and how does it handle?
Any crash you can laugh about... I keep saying it, you have two choices. You can get angry and embarassed, but what good does that really do you? Or, you can laugh about it. Laughing reduces your stress and lowers your adrenlin response. That last bit is really important beause you'll burn a lot more preceious energy while your full of adrenlin. Laughing it off can help you to survive by not wearing you out.
Plus, it's always kind of funny. Really, it is funny. If you aren't laughing about it you're missing out on the best parts. 🤪
Such a great piece of advice!
Not another misleading thumbnail on UA-cam surely ! , we all thought Saffy crashed a new Himalayan 450 but it wasn`t her !.
Great job, going from strength to strength. When you feel you can re live it can you talk us through what happened post ‘the topple” be interesting to know what the insurance companies stance was, what happened about medical bills and getting you back to the UK and what plans, if any, you have to recover the bike. Purely from a logistics perspective. Also, did I understand from one of you previous (sad, reflective) VLOG that you lost your job somewhere along the line, was that your ‘current’ job or retrospective. Lastly are you going to move on to doing this on a more full time basis? There are enough car programmes we could do with a meaningful bike review content (NOT Lord ‘enry Cole paying himself again from another angle)!
Next thing you know, shawty got low low low low..
ahahahah!
She fell over she fell over.. 😂
Only joking 😊
😂😂😂😂
of course she did....
ahahahah yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
how about the engine going out as soon as you do not give enough gas? was the same in their Himalayan movies. To see this behavior in Sardegna too is a bit concerning
This isn't a bike specific issue, this is a Saffy specific issue ahahah
@@SaffySprocket lol, Saffy mode activated ... engage
for yours one good , please lern how to drive a motor
Keep falling off and we will think you're turning into Use-Her-Name-Kate
ahahah this was Laura that fell off :-)
@@SaffySprocket I'm not sure if that is good or bad...as long as she's not injured badly (maybe just her pride? I know it would damage mine)...
