I'm affraid to take any of Sanderson's book because i've watched and rewatched his class on BYU so many times, and people have spoken so highly of his work, albeit he himself is so humble about it, that i didn't had the courage (yet) to read his work. This aside, great video! Loved the description with no spoilers. Keep up the great work! Cheers from Brazil!
To answer your question; Most cosmere fans would say that you start with Mistborn trilogy and Warbreaker but Brandon Sanderson said that you can start with Tress of the Emerald Sea or Elantris because they are just "introductions" to let you know what to expect in in books. So there's no real answer. But you'll understand what to read next after reading another Sanderson book. Your instinct will take you there. Trust your instincts. Only things you have to know is that there are three published series and one collection of short stories; Mistborn 1st Era (trilogy), Mistborn 2nd Era (quadrilogy) and Stormlight Archives (planned 10 books but 4 books released so far and 5th book will be released this year). There's also a collection of short stories called, "Arcanum Unbounded" that's for strictly only "very experienced Cosmere readers." Because it contains certain spoilers and also uncovering untold stories parts of some books. I'd suggest you to not to read that book until you've read 60-70% of whole Cosmere. That's all you have to know. And what you choose to read depends on you. Don't forget to not to rush. You can take time 😊 Enjoy your journey!
I think the basic answer would be the Mistborn series but maybe for another one off Warbreaker would be good too I've also had friends start with Stormlight Archive

Thank you! I was worried about the hype but I was impressed. It was really worth it! Let me know if you ever take the plunge and read one!
