and hand soap, and a disinfected metal surface, and maybe some gloves and an actual method of packaging instead of a plastic bag, and less flies and dirt all over everything. And less cats would be good in an area meant for food preparation.

ways of cutting, but the meat parts you cut out has smooth clean shape that you can use it for sashimi plate or sushi.
