Liandrin had told them invaders have Perrin, Loial etc, that's why Nynaeve decided to leave Tar Valon. Not cuz she was told Two Rivers is in danger. Also, Nynaeve did not cut herself from One Power because of the Arches or some other reason. She has just never been enable to channel at will. Never learned it.
The forsaken are very intriguing and I need to know more. After I move and get settled this is a series I think I need to start. Hope you enjoy this episode.

Aviendha is one of the best written female characters in all of fantasy
They don't pick their Ajah until they become full Aes Sedai, think of Novices as Elementary-Jnr High schoolers and Accepted as High Schoolers-College students. Accepted have more freedom to study what they want, don't do menial chores etc.
Easily my favourite episode, and Aviendha is one of my favourite book characters.

Nynaeve was the one trying to plan with Elayne in Falme. I understand why the show switched that role though because it makes more sense given their personalities and strengths. 😂
