And while there are no shortcuts to reaching your health and fitness goals, looking back 6 months ago I was 264lbs
but now I’m 163lbs. It was pure sacrifice, so I’m here to encourage anyone trying to lose weight not to give up 🔥🔥🔥

I feel like my cheat code is intermittent fasting. Ever since I started fasting, the feeling of feeling too full is disturbing now 🥴. I still eat what I want, I just cook it myself. I eat no more than two meals and one snack on a 16-8 fast. And I never buy trigger foods. Ion even look at the isle in the store😭. It’s been working !!
It’s so stupid eating just 2 meals. Just stay in a caloric deficit

I have an overeating problem i had it since i was little. i have been lost weight gained lost and gained. lowest i got to my original 190 was 228 lb in 2018 i was so happy that was from cutting bread and sugars in 3 months was -33 lb ovo!.
My trigger foods are asian dishes, pastries, bread and fast food.
I have removed bread and will be removing fast foods again because it took me 1 year to unaddict myself to mcdonald’s etc i had originally lasted 5 years till i got triggered. and
So thank you for these tips i hope to update this comment in 5 months. ☺️
Everyone that’s having issues losing weight needs to watch this. You can do OMAD, Keto, or Paleo but if you can’t overcome this issue you will not be able to keep your weight off.
Everything is trigger food for me😂😂 I snack and eat a lot in general going on a smoothie cleanse just to reset my cravings quarantine did not help gain 30lbs from it

Have you heard of Banza? It’s a pasta made of chickpeas it’s about 14 grams of protein per serving and lower in calories then regular pasta and it’s high in fiber!

My trigger food is rice😩😩😩 OMG!!! A nice bed of jasmine rice! I love it.. that’s what keeping this weight on me but I haven’t ate rice in almost 5 days so I’m doing good so far 😁

i lost alot of weight by doing modified paleo diet with steak and salad, chicken, fish, i also walk 45 - 90 min per day, i got a dog so i have to walk her everyday, i also gave all my credit/debit card to my husband so i cannot binge on taco bell or buy junk food at the store, we have not junk food in the house, the only carb we have is spaghetti, corn tortilla, oatmeal, no bread, no chips etc...___i started eating hummus with vegetables if i have really bad craving at night, also bought sugar free jolly ranchers and mints, one youtuber said stevia low cal sweetner made her sugar cravings worse, sugar free doesnt do that for me, alot of the sugar free ingredients are not healthy, but being morbidly obese will kill you faster than some sugar free stuff
Remove my trigger food! It's Ice cream... For me. If it's in our freezer for others, as long as it stays in the shopping bag and I can't see it I won't eat it.

make a list of consequences for a "cookie or other snack" ex: chores or exercise.

This is my 3rd time trying to loose weight &’ being some who is a binge eater it has been so hard to stay motivated or keep the main goal in mind. After watching your video I feel so inspired &’ I will come back for update! Currently in at 207-208. My overall goal is 175. I would just love to see myself in the 100s again. In 4 months I turn 21! So trying to look bomb! 😭 praying this is the one!
my friend lost 100 lbs, by walking 2 hrs per day start walking everyday no matter, if it is snowing, hot, raining whatever, you can go to an air conditioned mall and walk, do not bring any money or debit cards so you cannot buy food in the mall

Delete the app! Lol plus find alternative restaurants/healthier options in advance just in case you slip up and just HAVE to order something!
If you have an iPhone (cause idk how to do this on other phones) you can go into settings and basically make it so that you cant use the app without a password and just make a password you dont usually use
remove it from your phone,one thing is out of sight out of mind,it was hard for me with doordash but i almost forgot about it when I erased it
Look at your bank app and see how much money you’re spending on uber eats compared to the cost of the food if you’d made it yourself. This helped me cut down eating out tbh

I have to heal my mind when it comes to snacking & eating. I try to limit it to 2-3 packs of fruit snacks. Some days are good, some aren’t.

My trigger food is any fast food. If I get a little taste of a McDonald’s meal then the next day I’m getting Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Checkers... 🥴 it’s bad haha

Lost 35 pounds but still look the same but with some differences just not in belly fat. I have to go down more I guess to see results I’m 15 was 260 and now 225 .
start walking 2 miles a everyday and increase until you can do 4 miles a day at a fast pace, my friend lost 100 lbs by walking everyday no matter what, it gets addicting to walk and get the natural ENDORPHIN HIGH, and she has kept it off for 25 yrs, if she starts to gain weights, she will walk longer like 5 miles at a faster pace etc.. and she eats smaller portions, and protein so her blood sugar does not go down and trigger cravings for carbs like chips, cookies, donuts, etc.

My trigger foods will always mess me up for the week. Lost 30 pounds and I still can barely reintroduce them to my diet
