What editing app do y’all use?! 🤣 I haven’t played with any major oxidation removal but I think I’m going to start. The warm/hot part of the year is just too packed with regular services but to sell this and build up a lot of jobs for the off season would be great.
Seems like a decent plan to me. It’s likely not anything people wouldn’t wait on. Most don’t even know it can be removed so what’s a few more months or less? Cooler months also seem to be the ideal time to do this. At least down here you’re gunna catch hell keeping a side of a house wet when it’s 90-100 degrees. If it’s a Hardi plank and I’m up against painters that can be there in 3-4 weeks I’ll work it in.

Nice! How much of the 50/50 mix did it take to do that area?
We had the same size area on both sides of the house and it it took 1 gallon of the mixed solution.

@@indigo_home_services Yes! Just a good mist/fan will cover the area and you just rinse before it dries.
Is this just for oxidation or can it be used for mildew, mold, etc?
I would stick with SH for the organic material.
