As someone looking to purchase in Veer in the next 3 years, these comments surprise me. Maybe because it's my first condo purchase, but I absolutely love this tower.

Steven do you have rental listings as well or just sale?
Where are you going to put a tv?
Rad condo but, $861 HOA is such a game changer!
Definitely not for every lifestyle
Nice! Would love to see a video of the unit in the night time
Good idea!
Another nice unit. Is the HOA on this unit the same as the one in the other video? I think you said $1495/month?
$861 is the HOA on this one. Veer based the HOA on the size of the condo so the small the unit the lower the HOA.
I could go on and on the carpet in the bedroom for this price and feeling trapped in a glass bubble. I wonder what the HOA Fees are? 😂
I am seeing most people don’t want carpet at all anymore.
That is directly facing another building...
But it’s much further away than looking into the next tower.
Over priced. HOA to much. What do you get for that much? Just hvac ? Fridge has water running down the front.

It’s definitely not worth the money
Depends on what you value and how you determine value.
This unit looks depressing. I wouldn’t pay more than $250k for this unit. Also, Primary Bedroom, no longer Master.
It's the floor tiles that isn't cutting it for me. Also the lack of a real living room is an issue for sofa and tv placement.
Master bedroom roll off the tongue better for me and most people I have worked with.
